    Hi
    Should batter be pored on high flame or medium or low n cooked on low or medium. Please let me know. Thanks. I'm from mangalore but being born n brought up in Mumbai I try following recipes. Your recipes r easy but always need to know the flame for pouring n cooking. I'm not used to making dosas. I know only yo make neer dosa. Please advise. Thanks

    • @udupirecipes
      @udupirecipes  Před 2 lety +1

      OK, let the griddle turn very hot initially, then keep the flame medium and pour dosa. Let it cook in medium flame only.
