"Absolute Power" is an AWESOME title for Tigrex! But personally, if I had to give a title for Tigrex I would have called him "The Primeval Roar". What do you think?
The early MH were good but nostalgia and discovery play a big part in it. It was full of problems, clunky movements and controls, poor hitboxes and artificial difficulty. Now it's not necessarily easier but much more balanced.
@@massivecunt8263 Don't kid yourself - Rise is INSANELY easy compared to those older games. There are so many "escape" mechanics for the player now to avoid damage.

@@Monascha it is. They’re still flying wyverns, but they’re not true flying wyverns, they belong to a different lineage of flying wyvern. Yes barioth can fly, but it rather run on all fours during high speed chases, while nargacuga and tigrex can’t fly at all. True flying wyverns & Pseudo flying wyverns have had a common flying ancestor at one point, but over time that tree split off down the line at some point. Some evolved stronger wings to become True flying wyverns, such as: Rathalos/Rathian, Seregios, Bazelgeuse, Diablos, Khezu, Legiana, Paolumu and Astalos. Some flying wyverns evolved to walk on their wings to be faster and more stealthier or tankier, as they became pseudo wyverns, such as: Barioth, Nargacuga, Tigrex, Ukanlos and Akantor. Yes, Diablos can’t fly, but they still belong to that particular lineage of true flying wyvern. As at some point, Diablos may have had an ancestor that can fly, but it adapted to swimming through the sand. Though the ceratopsian head is a little harder to explain, Diablos ancestors could have been predators, but evolved into plant eaters over time, either to a lack of prey or too much competition taking it. It needed defence against predators too, so it’s ancestor probably had no horns and then slowly evolved extremely large horns.

I think the main distinction is that they use their forelimbs as legs on top of being wings The "interesting" part is that akantor and its friends are classified as regular flying wyverns despite clearly not being able to fly At least thats what i last remember from freedom unite, they could have updated the lore since then I've also seen diablos and monoblos fly in freedom unite as well

I'm trying to craft the Tigrex Helm S, but the Tigrex Maw is not in the loot table for the tigrex. I've tried searching online but can't find a solutions. There is no apex version of the tigrex either. Anyone else run into this problem?
I have only gotten one tigrex maw from all my tigrex hunts, the highest chance you have for getting it is breaking the head and capturing it, it also only drops in high rank.
yeah mhfu tigrex feels actually threatening with his crazy chain charges when enraged that can end you if you arent careful, tigrex in the others series is a pushover

Well his roar is one of few if not only roars that can actually hurt you
I like the roar ability but c’mon, tigrex is the embodiment of brute strength in wyverns so I prefer the in game name
I prefer absolute power since its iconic, since mhfu his quesy title is still the same.

Too many hits, yet the hunter did not die. Back in my day in MHFU, if you get hit by Tigrex rush attack (rage mode), it's 1-Hit-KO, bro.

That tigrex maw is so rare I ended up just moving on and after I beat the whole game did I start drowning in maws 😂😂😂🥹
