It’s worth the investment alone to know how your machines are doing at any time. You can see if there are issues or problems and see how much play they are getting. Plus not everyone carry’s cash these days. Use “GalaxyGames843” code when u order Nayax it helps his channel :)

I have a unique problem and I hope you can shed some insight on it. So my machines are set at 2 credits for 1 play. When I put the Nayax on it, it works perfectly, it charges correctly and gives the proper credits HOWEVER. It only works if my machine is set at 1 credit for 1 play so now my bill acceptor doesn’t charge properly. If I set it to 2 credits for 1 play so my bills charge correctly, the Nayax charges full price but only gives you have the amount of plays programmed. Does that make sense lol please help if you can I’m desperate. 🤣😭
Check your DBA switches and your coin mech switches and check how many credits per play in the settings on the machine and on the Nayax for how many pulses
I am having a hard time with this useless customer support team. You know nothing.. I just want it to take payment but even that thing is not being done properly with this reader

It is a combination of options but the nayax customer care, distributor here and even the manufacturer didnt knew much abt the details for MDB Level 3!
