It's worth noting that even though prices are higher than the national average on some things, lack of income tax makes a big difference.
It totally does! Many of my clients come from the Portland side, where they are paying 6-10% of their income away to the state tax, with no flexibility.
Glad to get an in-depth perspective of what is actually happening in Canada when it comes to living costs.
This is for Vancouver, Washington in the United States :) Canada is much much more expensive than us haha

Great work Hannah, well said, since covid everything skyrocketed ,even down here in Australia and in Canada, maybe instead teaching young one’s how to be financial instead some of the useless subjects they teach that is pointless in real world will help maybe 👍🇦🇺🇨🇦
