Giving EVERY NATION in EU4 100% Admin Efficiency was a MISTAKE

- In today's Europa Universalis IV (EU4 1.36 King of Kings) video we will be giving 100% Administrative Efficiency, Admin Efficiency, or AE for short, to every nation in the world, no matter who they are, and allowing everyone to go crazy, taking as much land as they want for basically free, and coring it all up for pennies on the dollar! Admin Efficiency allows for big conquest, cheap coring, and little aggressive expansion for it all!

#eu4 - Hry
pretty sure england released nations because france told them too in the peace deal. Like you said taking back cores was only 7% so they had to do other things.
and alencon is a scripted event
Korea just chilling in it's 1444 borders the whole time.
"Yo, what happened to Hungary?!"
-Everyone in the 16th century
the alencon thing is an event for france, they get a couple negative modifiers if they dont release it
Video idea: Eu4 but India is like the HRE.
(Week 4)
Vijayanagar = Austria
Mewar = Brandenburg
Orrisa = Saxony
Bahmanis = Bohemia
Gond/Garjati states = Hanseatic League
Gujarat = Burgundy
Malwa = Palatinate
Rajput/Gugrati/Malayam minors = HRE minors
Delhi/Sirhind = Bavaria
Bengal = Teutonic Order
Janpur = Wolgast
Sikh = Protestant
Jainism = Hussite
Hinduism = Catholic
(This wouldn’t be a switch though, just bringing hre mechanics to India)
as a die hard Vijaynagara player and Indian history buff, I completely agree.
Sure. I'll write that at some point.
@@vojtik135another
Pretty simple one
Ming with all reforms
2:49 on recent patches (origins iirc), nations really like to release nations with extra war score whenever they can’t take land. This happens a lot to england, so they have to pop out meade or manx typically
In this case it was just due to an event
@@babelfisk1870 Nope, if you pay attention to when he was talking on Scotland been fully occupied - England's continental possessions were occupied by France in the same war, so when England fully annexed Scots, France did the same with England nonproper and made them release these nations for extra score.
Gotta be the closest an AI has come to a Roman Empire restoration in a video so far.
AI sucks at managing Government Capacity, hence they release random nations. You should try giving every nation 100% Admin Efficiency and like +5000 Government Capacity. It'd be wild. :D
Gov Cap affects Admin effecincy right? If they go over admin effecincy is still over 0
Admin efficiency affects province governing cost
Afaik adm efficiency only affects overextension,AE and coring cost
@@nrbmemes2414No, it does not unfortunately.
Irl government sucks at being *good* governors, so it's actually realistic
Chewy: OK you've got max admin efficiency, go ham.
Korea: Nah, I'm good.
We need to figure out what combination of modifiers that will actually make AI Korea expand.
Then we also need a giga-Finland so we can recreate the Finno-Korean Hyperwar.
Alencon is spawned by an event after you win the 100 years war as France. For Meath and Mann, France frequently adds releasing them onto a peace deal against England in the 100 years war if they have enough war score to take all of the provinces they want.
Super cool mod lmao. Reminds me of when I play EU4 x10 sometimes, since as soon as u take diplo ideas, it ends with 200% warscore cost decrease.
Totally, such a funny mod 😂
@@Chewbert Yeah lmao. I love mods which add huge border changes, since cos I have a garbage PC, I can only play until 1550 before things start lagging out, so I use mods which allow for big territory transfers a lot haha
@@Benwut I personally modify the 10x mod.
Kind of balancing Defensiveness and Siege ability really. do you do the same?
@@SoVega301 I do this too, I take some aspects of thr 10x mod and play with it for a while. I once did 10x buildings and that was immensly fun.
An idea I had: EU4 but revolutions fire and/or succeed instantly.
Basically, instead of unrest ticking up towards a rebellion, they are triggered as soon as they have any unrest. OR: As soon as a rebel stack occupies a province, they *instantly* enforce their demands, no matter how much they would normally need.
If you want extra chaos, combine both.
Alençon Im pretty sure can be released by event by France, idk what the ai weights for it are though
14:09 Independent Zoroastrian Yazd💪💪💪
RIP Prussia, at least we got to see a blessed USA.
I know where you got that Majapahit joke from I didn’t even know that Tag was in Eu4😂😂
How did you not know? Mapahajit is one of the strongest trade nations.
@@vojtik135 they are pretty useless when they are ai controlled, otherwise they are focused more on vassals if anything
Probably France having excess warscore during 100 years War that forced England to release Meath, Man and the Isles
Loved the History of the World I Guess reference.
How did you give everyone 100% admin effencicy like is it changing something in the files
I am pretty sure You can make a mod to add base admin efficiency. Or make a modifier and give it to all.
Video idea Every 100dev state gets +100% of the technology cost
3:35
>Timurids with only 2 provinces
My every instinct immediately screams NO CB, VASSALIZE, NO CB, VASSALIZE, NO CB, VASSALIZE. I did that before in an Ottomans campaign in 1.34/35, I had barely finished consolidating in the Balkans/Anatolia when I no CB'd and vassalized Timurids then fed back every single core in just a few quick wars. Felt so good.
20:00 Orthodox Yarkand😎😎😎
EU4 but it has hoi4 diplomacy
2:45 France’s peace deal probably had England pop out the isles, Mann, and Meath. They had the easy war-score and didn’t want to stay in the war for too long.
devs must solve this decadence problem for the ottoman ai.
Wu had so many great name placements
how about every time a gold mine depletes instead of it halving production dev it doubles instead
Uw, gotta be my favourite tag in thr gamr
Micheal Angelo Screaming in the Corner ...
I love that eu4 has no information about what most modifiers so. What's effected by admin efficiency? Who knows.
What's the difference between discipline and combat ability? Go figure it out by yourself.
That’s half the joy the the game, the journey of learning wtf modifiers do 😂
Yeah, if only there was some hover over tooltip that tells you what it does :D
Alencon popping out of France is an event, you either pop them out or you lose stab
Eu4 But everyone has 10 permament Unrest
Make it 20 if it sounds cooler and +50 stab cost
Idea: Every 100 years every top 10 power will atack its strongest neighbour.
Lore of Giving EVERY NATION in EU4 100% Admin Efficiency was a MISTAKE momentum 100
Korea as always, just sitting there chilling with 0 border changes all game
its because they dont have allies and dont want to declare war on the hordes because they are always allied to one another.
Big USA and Vijayanagar are highlights neither usually does well
20:02 LOL at the random Orthodox provinces in China (remnant of Russian conversion efforts)
Idea: What if you delete all the typical colonizers?🤔😄
the Ottomans, Russians and Prussians all had a sudden collapse. why didn't the French and Vijayanagar also have one?
Funny thing: Ooo is closer to how Wu is natively pronounced.
How about 100 admin effectiveness but only for nations that are OPM's in 1444?
France wasn't that far from forming Rome. An AI Rome that would have been glorious.
This is how the base game should be😤😤😤
Prussian first colony is in Argentina......
I really honestly expected France to form Rome...
That France is so beautiful and mega
maybe do it in 1440p? so its more crisp
What if eu4 started in 1544
Chewy please come back to your channel and make eu4 series. Please i beg you!! I miss your great series like Holy Horder or Hussaite HRE.
Russia did exist to the end actually, they are that OPM of olive green in northern Bharat beyond the Urals and was stuck there for quite a while.
how can i modified too?
France taking over all of Europe? Didn't know Europe could get any worse 😅
3:47 where?
POV: ThePlaymaker
alencon is an event
God Bless America 🇺🇸🦅🇺🇸🦅🇺🇸🦅
its a shame france didn't form rome
👍🏻
I love the fact that Russia survived until the end as a one province minor in As
Is it only me or does Charles V (the guy on thumbnail) look like Hugh Jackman?
France won the war with England but couldn't take the mainland so they made England release these nations ;)
vive la france
What mom is this and how do I get it?
Yo mama
AMERICA RAHHHHH 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🎆🎆🎆🎆🎆
its not edirn , its edirnE please try it next game ^^
I literally don’t care at all
@@Chewbertobscenely based
To all Ottoman players
You are playing the game on baby mode. Stop trying to have a life while playing eu4
Imagine actually giving irl complete country administration power to a bunch of completionist gamers. Those future world memes would become reality (hopefully only the utopian ones)
