In today's Europa Universalis IV (EU4 1.36 King of Kings) video we are checking out a mod brings Fallout to EU4, overhauling the whole game, all the way down to little things like unit models! We have the Institute, the NCR, Caesar's Legion, New Vegas, the Enclave, and many dozens of more factions! Everything from religions and culture, to technologies and scripted invasions, this mod is VERY detailed and has a LOT of content to explore!

Fallout is my favorite franchise, not without its faults ofc, but that still makes this the best crossover.
Reminds me of the old world blues mod from hoi4

This mod is way better than that, for one it actually includes the east coast and second of all eu4 just works way better with fallout.
I swear the OWB mod used this mod’s map as the base map. You can even see the capital wasteland’s and Cuba’s provinces being the exact same size as the EU4 mod’s provinces.

Yeah it’s my little pony, but it still has an incredible amount of content and a bunch of very devoted devs, it absolutely is one of the best hoi4 mods
I feel like the mod fits better in EU4 for military battles rather than HOI4, cause there were no frontlines in Fallout, people fought in groups a.k.a. in EU4 terms, stacks.
Bit sad that the development of this mod is so slow, but i still love it, it plays so well and the reworked mechanics are brilliant

Somehow I would like for Chewie to showcase the Touhou Universalis mod. Would be nice to hear what he would say to it.

@@heliogonzalezsanchez8227 It add's a new continent east to the japanese region and has 6 or 7 new religion on this continent while having flavor centered around the populare japanese game series Touhou. Normal observer overview doesn't really show the mod's inner workings like event chains you need to navigate, flavor and it's one of the few mods where you could have an immortal 6/6/6 ruler, an 5/5/4 immortal heir and 5/4/6 immortal consort. It also gives you options to play a home comming campaing where you let one of your retainers go to the "old world" before 1445 like for example Flander, in this case Burgundy's PU Flanders would be annexed by your starting nation and you would be released as Flanders (different tag to normal Flanders). But the most striking change in my opinion is you can play it on EU IV difficulty very hard + mod difficulty Lunatic for an even harder game of EU IV! Well, the rest besides Japan and a bit of China are just like vanilla in terms of flavor and looks.
Gonna be honest here. the hoi4 fallout mod OWB, over shadows this mod. I played it, but it really feels like an bare-bones version of OWB.

@@Chewbert How can every single nation have more than a few settlements in a Fallout-like era? This mod's nations used to have a reasonable amount of lands in the past.
@@Otto500206 the entire russian empire only had 21 million people back in 1850, my great grand ma would write about having to go on 2 day trips to visit family
