Seems like it was around this time that they stopped trying to keep the crowd loud and cheering throughout the whole telecast, after doing so for the previous two years going back to the end of 1997. I'm kinda glad they stopped making constant noise as the PBA eventually was about to be bought out by the Microsoft guys not too many months after this.
I hated the constant noise also. Wolfman, do you know why your comments show up for me in the CZcams Studio app and all other notifications are in the regular CZcams app? I missed a few comments from you since they go to a different place. No idea why that would happen.
I didn’t think it was horrible. One good thing about the constant noise, is you don’t get distracted by the slightest sound. It’s just background noise.

I enjoy watching both the men’s and women’s pro bowling. Noticed that they posted the men’s height and weight, a common thing. Women’s tour they only give the height. What’s up with that? Any reason for the inequality? Hmmph!
Crazy thing is that shirt John Mazza is wearing I have that same shirt. My dad got it for for Christmas that same year
