I'd say Martin is well on his way to establish himself on Özils level, if not surpass it, already with the season he has had. I mean, he has been delivering excellence basically each and every match except two or three where he was sub-par his own usual self. As a brand new Arsenal-supporter over only the last couple of seasons, I hope Ødegaard sees the club as a place to remain and build a legacy under Artetas reign. I feel the club is only leaving the starting line on a what might an incredible run as a top club in Europe. Such a young, super-talented and hard-working squad, that plays incredible football. Long it seemed that they could take home the premiership title already this season. That hope now seems a little too thin. But still, Manchester City was seen as a total dominant team when the season began...that no team would be able to keep up. Arsenal proved that wrong.
