- This is how the Minecraft community is slowly destroying the game. The constant hate towards Mojang is pressuring them towards making mistakes. This video took me a while to make so make sure to subscribe if you enjoyed.

"even tho the phantom was literally voted on by the community"
Ok to be fair nobody expected Mojang to utterly give up on attempting to balance the mechanics the moment it was released.
Well and also we didn't actually vote in the glow squid. Some kiddie diddler picked it for us *cough cough mask boy*
True
if we had context on what the 1.13 update was we would not have voted for the phantom
Also it was nowhere close to "the entire community" voting. To be fair I don't blame the voters, a FLYING MOB! The possibilities! Then it comes to the game and it's... lame.
Also, more importantly, it was voted in by 2,000 people. There are at least 150,000,000 monthly players. That is a joke... and a good representation of elections in the US.
Minecraft just has a really impatient, non-understanding & unforgiving fanbase…..
On another note GIVE ME MY FIREFLIES-
Trueeee
Mods being so big might also be a source of the problem. I love mods but they don't need as much work, testing, codeing, bug fixes and optomizing as vanilla. Mods also don't need to worry about everyone using minecraft.
Also im pretty sure a big reason updates have so many problems is because of Microsoft, im pretty sure a lot of the chat stuff was Microsofts falt.
I wish the fan base would relize there's so much behind the scenes that we don't see.
Another thing with mods is that there’s less pressure, and they don’t work on a schedule, so they won’t annoy the whole fan base for taking a long time.
@@Footyboi1 yeah!
Mods are amazing but not comparable to a full game, I wish more people would see that because you start from scratch with a game even if your just updating is.
@@The_Shards I’m glad you agree with me on this. It took me a long time to make this video. Probably too long for only 6 minutes of content 😆
@@Footyboi1 glad you do too lol I started to think I was crazy. And oof videos really do take forever to make, but 6 minutes and the quality you were able to get is really good for a small channel!/positive
@@The_Shards thanks!
acting like it's the community's fault if mojang is so lazy
Proving my point right there tbh
Bro this video needs to go viral. No, not viral, GLOBAL.
Lol. I need it for monetisation. I’ll be happy if it gets me there.
@@Footyboi1 I'm really hoping this video will go big and hit millions of views! 🤞🎥
Completely agree with you.
I've read what some Swedish people who know some Minecraft developers (because Minecraft is based in Sweden) say, and they said that Mojang is just afraid to change things, not only because they get hated on regardless of what they do, but also because they are afraid of changing what Minecraft is. The developers want to add a lot of new stuff, but it just keeps getting rejected, because there's always the risk that by adding that stuff minecraft will lose what makes it minecraft.
Which is why there are always so many things happening in the april fools updates. They just add all the ideas there. And the community doesn't help there either, because no matter how cool the feature that they added is, there'll always be people that complain, saying that it's "too op" or "too complicated", saying that it'll ruin the game if ever added.
It’s pretty annoying. Mojang should be a company that enjoys making more minecraft updates, but now they’re afraid too. I feel that the minecraft community is getting too toxic/out of hand
My only problem with the game right now is the lack of polishing and re-making of old features like the phantom. They did the armadillo, dogs, and armadillo armor justice with the revamp, but they added the mace and I'm pretty sure are refusing to balance it properly. (which sucks) But hopefully they do more polishing of old features at some point.
That is valid. There are some old features that haven’t been touched in years. Some of them I don’t think should be touched though
None of this would be happening If only 4J studios were here
After mojang added minecoins to bedrock the became the same as ea
Minecoins aren't really anything that anybody cares about though
@@Footyboi1because no one cares about bedrock :P
@@SirReal314 I mean, I used to but they ruined one of my favourite games on cubecraft so I’m probably never going back
Ain’t no way you believe this 💀
Probably a thing Microsoft made them do unfortunately.

My bad
Honnestly the player base seems to just yearn for diversity. Most of the new update don't actively change the gameplay. It's great that they add new stuff but if it's all decorative or has little purpose, most people won't have an incentive to interact with it.
If their updates actually shook up the formula once in a while I think players would complain a lot less
That is a fair point but I think the players would still find something to complain about no matter what mojang does
that's what they did with compat though. And look what happened.
If you change something about the game, the people that were there because of that thing will leave. Simple as that.
I really don't understand why people are complaining about there being a lack of change, when that was the reason that Mojang gets hated.
Besides, they are adding a LOT of diversity. Not by changing existing mechanics, which would be dumb, but by adding new things. New places to explore. New blocks to build with. New redstone components to build bonkers machines with.
I am definitely salty about the fireflies myself though
@hellwraiz i'm talking about adding new part to the game. Like adding a new boss/enemies with unique drop that make the detour worthwhile. What's the point of adding so much new content if their primary uses is to be decorative? Like every new thing that is brought with archeology are purely decorative. I'm sure builders love them, but a lot of players want new practical things
@@ExdormeI guess the warden was a great addition to the game but it doesn’t have any practical use. I guess we should take it into consideration that it is a game and it’s meant to be enjoyable
Please edit the wet mouth sound out of the audio it's a bit gross
Was your sound at like 100?
Please edit more wet mouth sound into the video. It's the only thing that gives me happiness in this world.

Err, I’m not sure that 1.9 was made or influenced by Microsoft… after all, Mojang was working on the whole update. Also, as far as combat is concerned, I personally like the 1.9 since nobody can spam-click you and leave you defenseless and sometimes, you have a better opportunity to escape the fight. Unfortunately, I’m not super good at it despite regularly playing 1.9 PvP for nearly two years 🙁 Main issue is continuously hitting back people who can continuously hit me.
Also personally, I’m not so vocal about the new updates. Of course, a few changes here and there may bother me just like the rest of the people, but I will usually let that go. I am simply hoping for Mojang to go back to old stuff, such as biomes like the old swamp & structures that should’ve been updated to at least have better loot and maybe better generation (especially the old dungeons, strongholds, ocean monuments, & witch huts), but just weren’t.
I’m pretty sure Microsoft came out with all the major updates after 1.8.9.
your so underrated
thank you!
Good video
Thank you!

IT ISNT MINECRAFT IS LOVLEH
I haven't even started watching yet but this guy seems so nice Anne humble ❤
The old combat is genuinely unfun though, most ppl are just mad that they cant spam click and ping to win..
Get some skill.
The only reason you can spam on bedrock is because its designed to be on every platform. Bedrock sucks though
I like the old combat, but I kinda just suck at the new combat. I also like bedrock too. It’s not my first choice but ultimately it’s just minecraft. Pretty soon most of the features from java will be in bedrock. With the difference being that bedrock is more buggy.
Copium, just admit ur bad lil bro, bedrock on top
