9 weeks postpartum and finally I can do your flows again (as most of them are not suitable for pregnancy and right after giving birth) I missed them soo much. So happy now :D it felt wonderful

Hiya Tana! Just wanted to thank you so much for your wonderful videos! I've been in a new routine where I really don't have a lot of time and your 20 minute flows are perfect for a late night after studying all day. Also, I wanted to ask, I feel a lot of pain in my hands when doing some poses, even if they aren't very challenging for the rest of my body. Like in a side plank, I can barely feel my core activating because I can only focus on my hand hurting so much. Do you think that's normal or can I do something to help it? Anyways, thank you so much!
Hey Anita so glad you’re enjoying the flows:) if you don’t have any pre-existing wrist injuries it is normal for your hands/wrists to hurt before you have built enough strength to hold the poses for this long. By progressively loading your muscles &ligaments you will build strength and you’ll no longer feel that pain. That being said if it is a sudden and sharp pain it could be something else, check with Physio. Generally speaking it’s completely normal to feel this when you are pushing your body to its strength limit xx
