In US we grew five varieties of egg plant; ennai/ rasa vaangi. , bajji kundu kaay, Rayil kaay, vazhuthunankaay, vari kaththiri and there was sure to an egg plant item four days in a week. Some people will use lime juice , just two/ three three spoons.
