    2 pounds combination goat with skin and tripe
    1 large onion
    2 large tomatoes
    1 medium carrot
    1 thumb size ginger
    1/4 teaspoon garlic paste
    1 sprig rosemary
    2 scotch bonnets
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper corns
    1/2 teaspoon aniseed
    2 and 1/2 liters water
    Salt to taste

    I’m presently dating a Ghanaian man and I love his; this the second Ghanaian dishes I’ll make the first was stew okra or okra stew soup either ways and it’s from you dear and it taste yummy i was empress myself and the excitement on his face move me more to go on with this goat meat light soap. But I literally called it water goat soup 🍲 lol 😂

    Honestly I love your cooking. It’s very relaxing and relatable. You don’t need too much ingredients and unnecessary assorted whatever.     When I was a child a man from Ghana made the best soup I have ever had. So far I’ve tried, Olkra, and palm nut. I think this pepper soup is next on my list.
