2 pounds combination goat with skin and tripe
1 large onion
2 large tomatoes
1 medium carrot
1 thumb size ginger
1/4 teaspoon garlic paste
1 sprig rosemary
2 scotch bonnets
1/4 teaspoon black pepper corns
1/2 teaspoon aniseed
2 and 1/2 liters water
Salt to taste
