  • I made the Kids Chair from steel pipes with homemade rooller bender.
I wanted to bend steel pipes for this project.
First, I built the bending machine you see in the beginning.
It took me a lot of testing and a lot of time until I could bend it nicely.
Then the seat part was ...
    Pre gluing→ finishing the edges→ disassembly→ gluing.
Because if the arm is an integral seating surface, it can't be installed on the frame.
The backrest and steps were made off-camera.
The screw hole hardware was made out of brass.
The song was created using the garageband app to create a song that I remember with a friend's client.
My computer is about to explode with the song writing and animation production.
    Hope you enjoyed the video!
    Thank you!!

Tomas kp Thank you! It took me half a month of time to edit this😅. It's very difficult to maintain a balance between making and editing💪

Muy buen trabajo, como doblas los tubos, me ha encantado. Un gran like compañero.

¡Gracias! En lugar de hacer una silla, necesitaba más tiempo para hacer una doblada de tubo. Hice esto fuera de cámara y me costó mucho trabajo mantenerlo lo suficientemente preciso.💪

Such a great video! Can I ask what wall thickness this tube is?

      Thanks for your comment‼︎
I remember that the wall thickness was probably 1.6mm.
The 2.3mm wall thickness could not be bent beautifully.
I hope you come back to my channel again I would be happy!💕

Really nice project jp. I love the 8 bit music too, that's super cool. Did you make that tube bender?

Rob Tee - Takami Woodshop Thank you rob! I loved the NES when I was a kid and I made this video in the NES style.Have you ever played it?🎮
I made a bending machine. The project started by making this machine, so it took a lot of time! Now I want to make a video for a lighter project!

@@jp-makes you don't have a video about the bending machine do you? I played gameboy when I was young.

Rob Tee - Takami Woodshop I didn't make a video of a pipe bending machine! Rather than making it, it was very difficult to design. I think I'll make the drawings again.🤔

      Thank you! Javi!
I'm glad I met you! I make a lot of stuff. I'm currently researching how to film what I've created and how to edit it to get the best results to convey my passion. So take some time to upload my videos, but come visit my channel from time to time. I look forward to seeing your cooking videos too!⭐️
