I've tried 5 of them - pizza, ravioli, lasagna, aglio e olio, risotto.
Never heard about 2 - minestrone and gnocchi.
Heard but not tried - tiramisu.
I've also tried Alfredo Pasta (which I didn't like), etc .. .. ..

They stay like that because their diet has evolved like that also , we use preservatives a lot they don't mostly it's fresh , and it's not a Everyday thing. Also the cheese quality is better as well

Italian’s never add oregano or chilli flakes on pizza, that’s disrespectful for them.
Also its like you should never share your pizza, they give you a wierd look.
