I'd give 'this' Kolkata Biryani a 7 at max. This didn't even look right, and 'Chicken' Biryani isn't the real deal. Who orders Chicken Biryani from Kolkata?! P.S. If you guys are in Kolkata, you should try the Biryani at Manzilat's. It's a small place near Ruby Hospital crossing. The chef is a descendant of Wajid Ali Shah and she's very famous.
The latter - "Phoochka". And I hope now you know there's day & night difference between Phoochka and Pani Puri. 🤭
P.S. There's a guy in Delhi at Market No. II in C. R. Park who sells "mutton ghugni". Makes it pretty decent.
