We get customers like this every now and then as well. Some give a super vague description of their pool’s condition only to see it way worse, then have to explain to them the sticker shock to get it pretty again. Then there’s the ones that call us to “just vacuum” only to see it green and loaded with debris, yeah nope… I think our office now at least wants a picture of the pool before we even bother to make the trip to a green one.
That's a good idea to get a picture of the pool. If it's so green you can't see the bottom drain, it's going to cost a bit in chemicals to turn it around instead of just one cleaning or something. Thanks for sharing.
