Lymphatic can also be swedish. As long as you pump the nodes and drain in the right direction. The skin still gets pulled and fluid still moves even with swedish movements. I know because ive tried both this way and the traditional way. Key is to pump and drain in right direction. Skin rollin can also be a form of lymphatic drainage as long as youre pumping the nodes. Stimulating the nodes and draining in right direction is what makes a lymphatic massage. Theres different techniques and different types of lymphatic massage.

@zynn_kit not sure where you can watch it. Manual lymphatic drainage massage isn't like a normal massage at all. It a lot of really flat ✋️ handed soft pumping action on the skin.
