    My old man has the 2008 pearl white Strat dang nice bikes only thing i wish they done diff with these awesome bikes are the front fenders .. The whole bike is massive the tank the rear fender the seat the frame the motor and headlight & forks and they put a little tiny fender on the front a larger fender to me would set the bike off even more a big swoop fender like Indian or something.. To Each His Own i know .. I gotta say it sounds AWESOME and Looks awesome love the color of that bike to . Nice job I love your bike brother

    Ha. The reason I bought a Strat is that the H-Ds were too small, so a Vespa is definitely out of the question.
    I live in Manhattan and work across from Grand Central Station, so when I go upstate on weekends the last thing I want is any additional noise.

    Man that sounds sweet beauty of a bike as well nothing like great resonance to let drivers know your there safer riding means better riding. God Bless. I would rather have a loud bike than get hit by a car or truck not hearing you.

    beautiful bike brother, and great choice on pipes. That 1900 sounds awesome! If I gave up my warrior, it would be for a liner. Enjoy it!

    I still have that stock exhaust. The huge tube is pretty well hidden by some leather saddlebags.

    I agree that the HK 3 pipes are the best sounding I have seen on you tube...just wondering if those still had the screen baffle in them during the video or were they straight without a baffle....also did you install a fuel module or after market computer for the fuel mapping....I have talked to some guys that say you have to install one and others who say their bikes run just fine or better without one and just using the stock module....any expertise or advice would be welcome...the fuel module nearly doubles the cost of the pipe change....but I would rather do things right if one is required.....I am getting mixed comments even from mechanics at the dealer....I bought a 2014 stratoliner back in September of 2015...it was a brand new bike and I sure do miss that sound...the stock exhaust just does not cut it....I guess a few hundred or a thousand bucks is a small investment if it makes one very happy....by the way you have a nice ride....
    mine will end up more bagger style....but I love the options of these bikes...you can go mid tour bike to bagger to street rod in minutes....just depends on how much a guy wants to spend....3 bikes in one can't get much better then that..

      @bernbo  Před 8 lety

      +superman Hey superman, it's been a long time since this video, I think he used the stock module but not sure. The pipes had the baffles in them as well. Wish I could help you out more on this. Last I heard He has since sold this bike and is now on a Harley. Cheers Bro

    Have mounted this same exhaust and I am disappointed because it is way too loud. It is not loud it is unbelievable loud. No anymore pleasure to drive. In my opinion this exhaust is for Sunday drivers not for people who ride daily or for trips. Good looking exhaust but if you like ride it is not for you.... Better invest with decent mufflers. You will not loose power and your fuel consumption will not rise.

  • @scoutandscooter

    The bike has the loudest stock pipes on the market - isn't that enough? Bought a left over Strat for under $10k, not sure I'm going to spend another $1,000 on pipes and pack just to be annoying. At most a slip on. My wife has followed me and she says she hears me plenty/

    Dan so you basically just did a tit for tat install stock for new and Bob's your Uncle? What did you do with the wires and controller that come from the engine to the exhaust...just disconnect and done deal? I have a 09 Roadliner want to give it some pipes soon...
