To be honest sungazing will help you with spiritually the sunshine and water can keep you alive. To be honest they tell you to not look at the sun because it’s SO good for you. The atmosphere just before the sunrise is so powerful for you.
18 years ago I took hallucinogenic mushrooms and they caused me to lose the dazzle reflex. Next thing you know I was staring at the midday sun in summer for some minutes. My right eye has 20% accuity and my left eye had 40% but 12 years afterwards it improved a little to 50 or 60%. My life ended that day. Never ever stare at the sun guys.
I use to stare at the sun a lot when I was a kid...mostly for like 10 seconds or so. The longest I starred into the sun was about 2 to 3 minutes when I was around 9 or 10.

When I was a kid, my eyes got sun burned. Not by purposely staring at the sun either. Honestly not sure how it happened but I think I feel asleep at the beach and my eyes were exposed to the sun. I didn’t realize it until that evening and was crying in pain and was taken to the ER. What does that feel like? Well imagine if someone got a handful of hot sand and threw it into your eyeballs. Thats the best way I could describe it and Ill never forget it. That was over 20 years ago and I actually have perfect vision still now. I always wear sunglasses now. Remember, the sun can also bounce off of sand and snow and other things and cause damage without you realizing it. Invest in good UV protection sunglasses.
But if your glasses allow you to see, then doesn't it mean that your lens in the front of your eye is what is screwed up, not the rods and cones in the back of your eye?

When I was 10 my mother got me a telescope as a birthday gift. Yep... being a dumb kid that didnt know better I used it to look at the sun. This was also one of those cheap telescope's that cost no more than 100 bucks and had no safeguards. At first looking at the sun bothered my eyes and even made me sneeze for some reason. After a while all the discomfort went away. I looked at the sun for a good 30 minutes and boy did it look beautiful. I am now 31 and have 20/20 vision. Boy am I glad I didnt blind myself.

When you see this with your own eyes, without the help of glasses, etc., it's an incredible feeling) Now I am 39 years old, and I have farsightedness, but I attribute this to the fact that I have been sitting at my computer all my life and playing games where you need to notice the smallest movements.

I've totally stared at the sun on a clear blue sky for like 30 seconds straight, and while my vision was purple with a dot where the sun was, it went back to normal after like an hour or two. Though I have major preexisting genetic eye issues (my left eye's almost blind, and my right eye is very blurry). I've done this a couple times, probably not for as long as 30, but it never hurt that much past the initial 2 seconds.
I did it for 5 seconds and after 3 days I still have a blind spot right in the middle of my vision! I almost cannot read with one of my eyes anymore! Don't make my mistakes! It's very serious!

When I was a kid I looked at the Sun with a pair of binoculars, I immediately was blinded so I decided to look at the Sun with one eye...fast forward I have a permanent blind spot in my right eye... don't look at the Sun with anything other than your eyes and listen to this CZcams podcast.... don't look directly at the 🌞😎

I once looked at the sun for about 5 minutes and all that happened to me was that for about 15 mins I saw pink and green spots where I was looking at, I didn't experience any blurry vision all trough my eyes did hurt a bit fot a few hours
