The kind facet Kadambari described about ANR is a little unusual; generally ANR is considered a selfish and stingy person. Once it seemed he gave Rs 1000 to Chittoor V Nagaiah garu and many years after Nagaiah garu passed away, he told me about it in 2007 and said "he did not pay me my 1,000 Rupees". I felt a bit weird about it.
