Hello William I have a very serious question wanna ask you. You did a video about a year ago saying that you found a apartment in New York City in Manhattan that only cost $300 I wanna know is how you found that apartment building almost every apartment in New York City is over $1500. Why did you on some website what can you tell me where if you don’t live in New York City anymore is that apartment still available just tell me how you found it and how would someone go about finding an apartment like that somewhere around below $600 in New York City Got any advice

Hi Ricky, you are not the first to ask this question. And if I had great advice on finding this type of apartment at this price point I would absolutely share it. But The truth is that it took 5 years of passively looking, and being in a flexible situation that at any moment I could jump on the opportunity, in combination with sheer luck. Most people that have below market rate apartment situations in NYC keep those apartments for their entire life, and when they leave that situation their immediate circle is the first to hear about the apartment coming onto the market and so it often doesn't even come onto the public market. The market rate for an apartment like this in my neighborhood is probably close to $2k. That's just the reality.

@@bnk28zfp I have a 2 day minimum stay and I include the cleaning fee of $300, so financially makes more sense for the guest to stay longer. I also charge pretty high daily rate and offer weekly and monthly discounts to incentivize guests to stay longer.
