  • In Rwanda, Serge Ndekwe is known as the ‘self-made businessman’, who built up his own private-sector company with a lot of energy. Despite resistance from the local authorities, he managed to start up a rival company to the state-run dairy companies.

    What an ambitious guy. I wonder how much of his "trouble with the authorities" is attributable to failing to pay adequate bribes.
