- They're calling this man "SuperDad" after he saved his son from possibly drowning in a pool. Albert Passavanti didn't hesitate when he saw his 1-year-old son, Rocco, fall into the pool. He leaped over a safety fence and into the pool to rescue his baby boy. Passavanti told Inside Edition that his son was in the water for a few seconds, but it was still scary. "You have got to get to him as quickly as you possibly can," he said. "You just absolutely have to keep an eye on your kids. I don’t care what measures you have in place." #InsideEdition
"You don't need superhero abilities to jump over a fence."
Surely anyone sitting in that position drinking a beer has thought “I bet I can jump over that”
This is why we need to appreciate our parents. They do so much for us, and we shall always respect that.
When I was 18 months old I just walked into a pool. We were visiting friends who had a pool. My dad was leisurely doing the side stroke at the time and saw me so headed towards the side of the pool even though he didn't think I would walk in. I did without even a pause. Thankfully he was close enough to immediately catch me. Never assume anything when it comes to small children.
what’s the point of the gate if anybody can walk in?
they r drinking beers, no fence is high enough for a drunk man.
It does work. I’m mostly disabled, yet I jumped nearly 20’ -from being on my knee & with only 2 steps & had my daughter in my hands, before my feet even hit the bottom of the pool. She had flipped over in an inner tube & her attending cousin froze.
A Dad's gotta do what a Dad's gotta do. Excellent. God bless you and your family.🙏
He's lucky he didn't break his neck and yes he was super man for sure
perfect form
Saw my mom do this once. Being a good parent is a damn super power.
When I was like really young, probably under 4 years old, I fell into my pops pool and of course I didn’t know how to swim, then out of no where, my sister jumped in and saved me. My sister really is a hero and so does this dad, good on you 👍✨
Did anyone notice there’s people in the pool and hot tub and did nothing
If you have a pool, teach you’re kids to swim before they can walk...
That guy is very lucky he didn’t injure his spine and end up in a wheelchair , thank God.
That’s awesome!! The love of a father for a son is truly immeasurable..
Dad:*Jumps over fence
Imagine if he failed the jump
Thank God he was actually being a parent and watching his kid. Too many of these stories end in drowning.
That’s a Real Father & Hero 💯
