Karen, this was a wonderful video on your first premiere. You are a good teacher on how to lay down colors. Portraits are a little much for me to contend with right now. I’m still trying to get my blending right on animals, flowers, and leaves. I’m working my way at a snails pace. Keep up the good work, and I’ll continue watching your artistic expertise.💞👍🙏🏽🌼

Hi Karen. Have only just gotten a chance to watch. My grandchildren have been here all weekend. Nixie is amazing. Is she a birth sign. Mine is Aries the sign of the ram. Or maybe just coincidence.?. Anyway she is stunning. Love the butterflies, ladybird and flowers. So beautiful and delicate and incredibly pretty. Her skin looks amazing. Gorgeous artwork my friend. Love Ya. 👏👏👏👏

@@ArtbyKarenValentine indeed! And I don't know about out there but around here they are FREE LOL they grow wild EVERYWHERE. I always tell Harrison if he ever buys me roses I'll choke him when he can walk outside and just pick a handful of my favorite flower 😂 he did a couple times, walked in with a bunch in hand- dirt clumps still attached and all 😂 now I pick them myself ! I love how if you cut the stems on an angle under water you can then put them in cups of food colored water and the petals will turn colors ♥️

Hi Shelly! Welcome! Yes! A lot of people use the Toned Tan paper. Just keep in mind that it’s toothier than what I used so you may have to add more layers to get it smooth. ❤️❤️❤️
