Good afternoon Mary, What a great Product, and thank you so much for this fantastic review for something I am sure will help me with my headaches, and the heat will help with my pain in my eyes, and the cold will help with my puffy eyes in the morning, and with my M.S. it does feel like they are on fire some days, and itch, sting, and burn. so this is amazing, and I do where sleep masks art night as any light can really hurt my eyes badly so I use sleeping masks, and I love the soft ones. and that looks comfy. I had started using in a mask for sleeping about a year ago now. I initially did it because of dry eyes and it works really well.
