I haven't heard this in a long while. What a complete delight to hear it again afresh! Incredibly rich piece, full of smile inducing incident. Incredibly direct and yet utterly mysterious like all great art. A truly joyous masterpiece!

One of Xenakis' greatest hits, I say because of both how structurally accessible it is and how much it displays some of the various sides of his music. Good to introduce to a newcomer I say!! All of the major elements of his mature style are there, unlike Metastasis (even though I still adore Metastasis)
