Perks : You can get get garage if you’d like for extra $$. Apartments come with a small storage outside on the balcony. Clubhouse, fitness center, and pool weren’t built yet at the time of my tour.

@@NayNaysWorld I am curious to know how was the area and the people especially at the last apartment? Were these areas pretty safe especially for a young black women ?
@DaynaGotchuFeeln I think all the areas are safe! I plan on moving to the last apartment. Only thing about that one is it’s right near a high school & there will be traffic.

@@NayNaysWorld You didnt choose an apt yet? Im going to check out Evolve in another week. They appear bigger than HighLand Ridge. I like that they are new just as Highland Ridge.
The living room was too small for me at Evolve
