Ambani should invest in futuristic deep technologies
They have already done this. It's in their Ghansoli Campus of Dhirubhai Ambani Knowledge Park. It's a large campus spread over 400 acres and it is said that there are some sections in the township which has restricted access only for designated officials. No other Jio employee is even allowed near that building. It's in those buildings where Reliance is developing new technologies and has it's R&D centre.

The best thing Reliance does is maintain customer friendly service. Not just cheap 4G, they ended roaming charges, offered unlimited calling for always, ended Airtel loot of money deduction in name of VAS charges. All those things pissed us and we indian used all slang and curse words on poor customer care executive to refund back our honest money. Just how much illiterate we were.
Market mein abhi bhi sabse sasta Jio ka hi plan rahega even after tarrif hike. Reliance Fresh pahle se tha market mein but after Smart Bazar, category of products increased. Reliance digital is best in giving offline sale offers and EMI plans.

I agree that there should not be any monopoly in the market. However, Jio showed that data prices can be lowered and voice calls can be made free. Ye cheeze Airtel and Vodafone pehle kar sakta tha, but unhone kiya nehi.
Same goes for AC and other electrical and electronics appliances. Agar AC 10000 me bik sakti hai toh jo 10000 ka bech rha hai wo galat hai ya jo 40-50000 me bech rha hai wo galat hai

No, Reliance made a huge loss quarter after quarter when they launched Jio, just see now, they increased the base price by 60% recently, and they will keep increasing it every year until it reaches levels like USA, if you check US telecom history, they did the same exact thing Jio did, and now after 20 years, US has highest price when it comes to Mobile Data.
Same with ACs, a normal company, or a startup can never compete with Reliance making ACs because everyone does not have the network, government connections and brand image to sell stuff. I don't know about ACs, but I know about Laptops, and I gotta say that Jio Laptop was ass shit for ₹16k, it was not even a proper laptop where you can do anything like coding or shit, it was like a Redmi mobile with enlarged screen and keyboard, and it stopped working after 5-6 months.
These giants only want one thing: profit and monopoly, Korea is already a great example of Monopoly, the situation is so bad the rich class hasn't changed for 60 years, and poor people are still poor and living like an Indian peasant, not talking about how courts and police are totally controlled by Rich Families and unlike India, if a rich family's son kills someone on road, it is not even a news because all media is bought up by those giants. I don't want my India to be like Korea.
True, but in your own words, it took American Telecom companies 20 years to raise the prices to an insane level. Let Jio also take 20 years to reach that level. Let's hope that by then we will have another Jio in India.
Price hike would have happened irrespective of Jio or not. It was costly before and would have been costlier by now. The drop in prices helped the Indian Start up eco-system as the user (read customer) now has more easy access to data. It is the single most important reason we have so many delivery apps and so many OTT platforms and so many mobile app companies. You said yourself that they incurred losses to establish themselves. The benefit of which was distributed to the customers.
And as for electronics and electrical appliances, if they make cheap products which are unreliable, they would be phased out with time. The customer is not stupid. Imagine a school/college student or a poor aspirant who cannot afford a 35-45k laptop and needs it only for studying and browsing the internet. 16k is affordable for him/her. They would probably buy it once, and once the laptop is dead, they would probably not buy another Jio laptop again. But it would have help them a lot during the time it will be with them.
As customers we also have to be aware of the fact that you won't be getting International Standard products at 1/10th the price. It simply does not work that way.
So, take the benefit as long as it is available.

Have you ever seen customer service of BSNL. Even before jio, when they had the monopoly of the market, they did nothing to improve.
@@keyurpandya4861 i have experienced their customer service with Postpaid , prepaid and EVDO and it wasn't that bad how people portray it , With EVdo BSnL used to provide one of the best mobile internet, Unlimited internet for 700rs with 5mbs speed cap in 2012 . In my state and cities where i lived BSNl was on par with Airtel and way better than RIM and Smart from Reliance.
Do Not lie. Jio works on towers provided by IndusTowers. Common sense, how can a new technology work on old platform? In your own life, if progress mindset stops working- life shall become BSNL.
Why customers left BSNL? Because it was run by people wanting “sarkari naukri” where getting the job is difficult and then people want to enjoy with no commitment for customer service. Railway for working in Govt sector is run by its officers who are real task masters and do not listen to unions. On contrary, ever private telecom operator delivers great service and customers get their “value-for-money”.

The monopoly of any company is very dangerous for customers' interests. In our country's telecom sector, as of now, there is almost a duopoly of Reliance Jio and Bharti Airtel, since VI is still struggling to roll out its 5G services across the country but is trying well. The BSNL is still trying to roll out 4G services and expecting 5G from BSNL in near future seems impossible. Jio has announced that they will hike the tariff rates by almost 25% after July 3 and Airtel has also announced it to do shortlyure. Just hope that tariff rates should be pocket-friendly for us.

In other segment maybe jio's Monopoly is near to impossible. Because in electronics if they launch a product cheaper, then they can face problems in product quality. But in the telecom segment we already have a duopoly. Govt should allow telecom services like starlink or amazon, then the competition will begin. And now also if we have problems with jio then we should switch to others, i know others will also do the same but we should teach them that don't do what you want, think about population also. Current tariff plans are good for every company,but they want more profit. So we should teach them a lesson for the future.
