I am a govt non gazetted officer in West Bengal, there is shortage of staff , infrastructure is old and unreliable, workplace is hot and without ventilation, and we are deprived of the DA which case is in supreme court. In this situation do you think any govt employee would work to their fullest? We are human too when we have to deal with 300 people per head , instead of a reasonable limit and solve their issues face to face It's going to get cranked up , some still keep the polite attire some burst out , some get sloppy do not do the right thing well
