- Watch EFF Julius Malema responds to the debate on Draft Resolution (Mr J S Malema): Removal of the Speaker Mapisa-Nqakula from office in terms of Section 52(4) of the Constitution and National Assembly Rule 28 (90) - Parliament of South Africa.
The Constitution affords all South Africans the right to see and hear what happens in Parliament.
For the last 7 years and for the benefit of subscribers and the community “My Africa” search for sequences that are newsworthy, interesting, funny etc. From a, sometimes long and boring, Parliament sitting allowing the community the opportunity to choose which sequence they find interesting and want to watch.
As a result “My Africa” adds significant value to those effected by the exceptionally high cost of Data and Pay TV.
Also “My Africa” allows the community to comment and contribute to discussions in a meaningful manner and take the stories and the debate forward.
However, we will NOT condone the following:
- Racism (including offensive comments based on ethnicity and nationality)
- Sexism
- Homophobia
- Religious intolerance
- Cyber bullying
- Hate speech
- Derogatory language
- Comments inciting violence.
We strive to make the CZcams community a safe and welcoming space for all.
South Africa, you have allowed Julius Malema too much, though it's democratic too express views and means. One day you will regret for some expressions. There is no RESPECT in some expressions if not most.
Why would South Africa "regret" his right to express his views? If he says something that is not allowed (like insulting people are instigating violence), then there are already rules and laws for that.
The rights that are enshrined in the South African constitution are not the same as those of the USA. In the USA you can say anything you want without limitation no matter how badly your words affect people. In South Africa, your right to freedom as speech only extends to the point where your right does not start to violate the right of another person.
For example, If you criticize someone... that is your right to free speech. But once you start insulting them (like making fun of how they look or berating them for how they speak, etc) then your free speech is now violating the other person's right to dignity.
"Im in charge" - mark this saying . It will go down in history along with the legend Malema. And remind all these beligerent fools and their generations to come of the boldness that was required too dethrone all of the snakes that were roaming all around him in his day 🎉
One thing about Malema he learnt well how to insult people , belittle people and rub people up the wrong way .....he also learnt well how to play victim and martyr ...wonder who taught him so well ?
