Policemen are rude & have no way of speaking when u visit a police station for information or documents to be stamped & signed. Home affairs have no way of speaking, especially to the elderly, sometimes they think they are doing us a favour,not realising it's their job to be polite & respectful. ..the only way things will change is by the vote you cast. If after all this, people still vote anc they must live with the consequences.
