Hey Tom, love your videos. Just wanted to mention that the flood is a huge single use stash. Once it's built, if you destroy it, it releases all the creep use to create it. Makes huge walls of creep. Enjoy!
I destroyed an almost-built Flood once, though, and it overflowed to AC. Not my best moment.

honestly I prefer to just have the additional production the flood provides, and use it to build even more floods. it's an incredibly slow tactic, but once it's rolling there's no stopping it.
Yeah that map was really odd, M-rift not connected to base (because there was none), air force just sitting pretty on the ground not doing anything, and a very weakly defended main artery of supplies right down the middle of the map that was easily snipeable with spores, and lastly the max creep amount (I really wish creators would ditch this mechanic). Tedious AF, but not particularly difficult.
Ah, nothing like rounding out the weekend with some CW4!
I actually really enjoy all the little minion makers in this version of PAC

It's been so long since you've done this style. The "Flood" unit in this kinda blows. It takes so long to activate and consumes so much creep unless you plant to wait ~30 minutes it's not worth using, honestly trash tier.
That said, alternating Spore launchers so they go at an interval as to make the enemy waste resources getting part way to finishing a structure and then hitting it at a pip or 2 finished is amazing.
you might think so, but for people who prefer the slow but steady approach it's actually an insane tool. yes, you need to wait a long time until it does anything at all, but once the stone starts rolling it's completely unstoppable.
@@yolotron4991 I mean potentially but also, not true on this map, there's a creep cap and they work under the same mechanic so it wouldn't work out to use Floods on this.
@@cloudsora I see why you might think so, but I found out that the floodcore is actually capable of ignoring the cap entirely
