mine blinks awhile to get into pairing then all 3 lights turn off is that normal? and then the bridge does not detect it.

Thank you for the informative video. The switch needs to be within range with the bridge right? If my house is 2 storey then i need to use another bridge for top floor?

Hey Syazril, Yes, you are required to have a Gateway (Bridge) for this wall switch. And it is advisable to have 1 gateway each floor for a double storey house. Please do follow our Facebook page for more information on this! ☺

I have a 1 gang switch. Must have gateway only can connect to smart life (tuya app)? It’s a zigbee. Before this I buy a 20A switch can connect direct. But this zigbee seem undetectable.

If is zigbee version, then gateway is required.
20A switch is wifi version, hence it can direct connect to Wifi.
