I like it, but it's not worth $1,000 to me. I set a pallet upside down on four legs and have four dish washing trays on top for tools, with space under the pallet for the rest. No break ins yet and it only cost the screws required to attach the legs to the pallet.
Thank you for posting this video, you helped me make my decision. One question, does the box come completely assembled? Basically all that needs to be done is remove it from the box and secure it using the supplied J-Hooks?
Hey CJ. The box and drawer come fully assembled. You'll attach the inside carpet and divider, the top deck wings that extend toward the sides of the vehicle, the top carpet and four tie downs. It's very easy to do.
Now that you have had the BossStrong in for a while, can you share any pros and cons that have come up? Does the box rattle badly after bouncing around in the back of the 4Runner?
Which bottle jack do you use? I’ve compared the stock bottle jack to others and I wasn’t able to find one that lifts higher than Toyota’s one. My 4runner is lifted 3” too, so basically nothing short of a high lift suffices off grid

If you haven’t already, check out Safe Jack. The Sergeant comes in an ammo can with some nifty attachments for lifted trucks.
