Bro tell me I have seen that on tilting the chair sitting space also goes backwards which is quite dangerous on new york one's. Is this the same case for Jupiter also ?
hey thanks for commenting I tilt my chair everyday and never felt that it'll fall, and when you take this chair to it's last tilt position the siting space tilts a little which normal for any office chair.
So you can go ahead with this chair and not worry about falling or facing the issue.
How to adjust the back rest ?

Wheel lock feature is not present on this chair. The wheels if this chair are nice and they won't move until you push it in any direction.

Hey, Even I was confused between these 2 chairs, as prices where similar and worked in similar way, and after a lot of research, I finally decided to go with Jupiter High as I found review to be not that good on amazon.

Bro How do you lock at certain position in backrest. For me chair comes again at normal position of you dont press it hardly.
The handle that is sticking out from bottom right (with which you adjust the seat height) can be pushed inwards to lock tilting at three positions, 90degrees , x(don't remember the number) , 135 degree. In your case, it is probably in pulled out position, tilt your chair and push it in to lock the tilting.

Hey, I’m 5’9” and it’s very easy for me to sit, and I use just 15% of the chairs height, so someone for your height will be very comfortable using it in therms of height and also the head rest will be sufficient as there is high adjustment for head rest too.
My final suggestion would be you can surely go ahead with this chair.

I don't know if you have purchased it yet or not, but no, the height of the chair both in terms of lumbar support and head rest (or rather neck support coz it doesn't reach my head but rather fits perfectly into my neck curvature but that too on maximum height).I am 5 ft 10in. The lumbar support's maximum height doesn't reach my spine curvature either. Tho I think i both of my problems are fixable for me by putting in a nut or two as a packing in the connection of back part with bottom but I don't think it will be possible with your height. And I must tell you I am talking about the height with respect to when i am sitting perfectly upright, otherwise if I would to sit 1 and a half inch forward (how people normal sit) the lumbar support would fit in at least my spine curvature but I don't think you would be considering that either. So yes, the answer is no.
can it be locked at any angle(or one or 2 static lock only) when reclining the chair ?

Thanks for commenting, I haven't researched on Gaming Chair as it was out of my budget, and I was looking for something ergonomic.
Now coming to the Jupiter High Back chair, I don't think you'll face any issue with sitting upright, as being designer my work involves sitting upright for long stretch of hours because I use pen paper for rough flow's and prefer sitting upright while working, also I love the hand rest adjusting feature which gives full support to my arms while working.
I have been using this from more than couple of months and best you can buy under 10,000 also I have purchased another after using this, this so good.
Hey bro just now I received this chair. But I'm not able to tilt the chair backwards by pulling out thr control handle also. Is there any other thing I have to do to tilt thr chair?
Hey, good to hear you made the purchase.
Have you removed the plastic from it? if you haven't do remove it and try tilting it. and you can set the strength tilt from nob below the seat.
If all this doesn't work just call this no 8448-444695 it sadly takes 1 min to connect they'll solve your issues.

Hi Ashish , i am a new member to your channel. I am planning to purchase this chair but i really doubt while typing/using laptop you wont be able to get use of neck/head support right as its located a bit backward . Only when you stop working on laptop and just stretch a little back you would be able to get the support. Am i right or wrong? Could you please help me out here
Hey Tony, thanks for subscribing. Yes you're right here when typing or when you're bend forward you won't get support but if you're sitting straight with back touching the back support of chair you'll get the support.
For me it's very comfortable and I have been using the head support form the day one and me being 5'9" I don't face any difficulty.

Sir, on Amazon what is the difference between GreenSoul Jupiter and Innowin JAZZ - looks the same. - Price is about 400 less for JAZZ - and 3000 reviews on Amazon for Innovin as compared to Jupiter...Is it the same product sold by two different companies? I am confused.
Hey there, you're right both the chair are 100% same and all the features are similar, even I researched on this chair and was happy to buy, but there is no Return Option that is why I didn't purchase this as what happen if I don't like the chair.

Hello I have to work in upright position even bending forward with pen and paper work most of the time..And my height is 5ft 10 in..If I have to work at upright position mostly and relax less,, will it give enough support to my back specially neck ?? Tell me your experience and height.

I'm 5'9" and have used the height setting till 15% with is very comfortable and you being 5'10" I don't see any issues with the Height. Even I spent the majority of my time working in an upright position and there is no issue, my setting for the lumbar support is the topmost, and Neck support to bottom setting it works for me. I sent 5-7 hours straight sitting in the upright position so I don't think you'll face any issue with the back, neck or Hight.
PS: this chair comes with 3 Years of Warranty

No the arm rest is not padded but it has soft plastic which is very comfortable.

I dunno how people are saying good customer support.. well they don't even come to install the chair and don't bother once product is delivered to you.. You keep on getting in touch with customer support but they are of no help.. I literally wasted my money
So many negative reviews lately. They says for customer support one needs to give 5 star rating. And many are getting damaged or replaced products.

I have purchased this chair from my own pocket and me being 5'9'', I'm very comfortable using this for long periods of time like 8-10 hrs. and if you find this uncomfortable you can return this chair.
