Don't let them get to you man , WuWa will stand by its own just because it is the one of the greatest open world gacha games with W developer. Hopefully we get more other options so the rival is healthy and keep each other in check.
As a genshin played who's been playing since 1.0, at this point I'm seriously burnt out from genshin, everything from the stingy rewarda to having nothing else to do unless you're a fan of reading through a 2hr session of why an npc wants a garlic baguette for a daily commision. I do still love the story, the lore, the music and the characters, for story and lore ofc wuwa needs some versions to build it up cause genshin story at the start wasn't anything to write home about either that's not to say it's not good already but for the gameplay and everything imo wuwa is already doing that better. It doesn't need to be a genshin killer or anything but it's still going to succeed cause it's simply a good game and kuro actually gives a damn about it's players. Haters gonna hate, my friend so I'd say stop worrying and just enjoy it when it releases cause there's no way it'll fail when it's already doing so many things better than genshin. Can't convince people who just wanna hate which is just a small minority of loud mouthed idiots and people who wanna play will still play.

@@Jetxers Understandable then and thanks for doing all that you're doing, honestly genshin didn't have any cults at the start, it's the same as now most people were hating it for being a Zelda clone and some people were excited and sure maybe wuwa won't explode as suddenly like genshin back in covid but it's still gonna do fantastic and have a huge fanbase simply because it's already great and will be more so regardless of genshin and really genshin has just gotten too lazy and comfortable. i agree with what you said also ww has a much better story than genshin 1.0 had imo and it gets crazy toward the end of the first act.

@@Jetxers there was in cn as of cbt2 so i just used it i also know due to being in cbt even if it was voiced most people would have skipped it as to not spoil themselves but for me i test games for a living so i check every aspect including story voices or not.
Don't stress it too much. People who say the games are 1:1 are idiots who are just trying to find a reason to hate. Most people haven't played WuWa so they don't know the nuances. In many ways Wuwa does feel like an upgrade over Genshin, basically Genshin 2. But the characters look alot more mature, the world doesn't look like something out of a Disney's kid film, the movement in the game is much better than GI and the gacha is more generous. The game runs on UE4 and actually LOOKS better than GI, character models are noticeably more polished than GI as well. There's people who really say both games look the same, they're blind, all they see is the anime art and their brain defaults into thinking they look exactly the sMe

Hey man, from one brotha to another, I personally think you should not get yourself involved in senseless drama like this. In times like this it’s best to let the game speak for itself. In 2 weeks we will either see the rise of a new champion or the fall of something thought to be great. Either way, gettting involved in drama will only do more harm to you than good, even if you are right. I mean look at Tectone for example, and all the haters he has. Even though he speaks the truth about things, it gives him a bad rep. But the difference is that he can handle it. Can you?

We have 12 more days to go before Wuwa can prove itself whether they are good or not but one things for sure is that the devs behind it deserves the success. I've been in PGR for so long and the only complain I have for that game is they should rework the early chapters because of how anticlimactic it feels but heres to hoping of wuwa's success that theyll earn money to revamp pgr early chapters.
I might be blinded by hype, but i know what played, and I loved every second of it, and that is why I'm youtuber to share that love through and through no matter the cost.
for me the combat is great and endgame challenge is also great and imo thats all i actually need having said that imo the story based on cbt2 is also pretty good.
Honestly, I just think that all them negative reviews for wuwa is just clickbait nowadays. They want to create traction and reactions so they say negative...

@@Jetxers Man, ever since the first beta there has been constant misinformation. Of course no one cares that Kuro Games planned to release an open world game long before Genshin released. Nah, Genshin is, of course, the only reason anyone could want to release an open world game nowadays xD
Really, I just want Kuro Games to have the success they deserve for their hard work, even though I am planning to be F2P in WuWa, but that's because I spend all my money on PGR and I won't abandon that game even if WuWa is new and shiny^^
I don't think you have to worry. We are already almost at 30 million. We have enough players for now and when the game comes out and people try it for themselves they'll fall in love with it just like we did. So don't worry!

dont care what anyone says im gonna play the fuck outta this game. I love PGR but I recently took a break while I was playing helldivers 2 and came back a few days ago. I forgot just how good the gameplay was. I am not worried about the future of wuwa because the holograms are dynamic and fun boss fights I can do for hours on end like dark souls

Don't worry, man! I They will know the TRUTH in the next 1.5 weeks. As a matter of fact, Waifu sells most in Gacha Games but KURO haven't shown many limited 5-star Waifus publicly (Yinlin: hottest) while all the husbandos looks perfect alr (better than all husbandos in Genshin/HSR, imo). However, given their history of crazy not-free S-rank Waifu designs as well as premium skins in PGR, I believe they will have no problem pumping out future 5 star Waifus as hot as Bianca, Hanying, Luna, Lamia,... I don't need to worry about gameplay because KURO is pro at it.
P.s: One thing that makes me believe Wuwa will 1000% succeed in the long run is that KURO always LISTEN TO PLAYERBASE and Make adjustment accordingly. Whenever they cook, the content is crazy.

For you, its not worth battling this. The bigger a game gets, the more opposition it will receive. A lot of the wuthering wave doomers haven't even played the game. The launch will be alright and a large group of us will enjoy the game. If the game is better than CBT2 and continues to improve, it will have a nice spot in the gacha space for a long time. Just enjoy the game when it arrives and make positive content bro. Best thing you can do with your current following. I'd leave the big battles to the drama farmers and ignore the baiters. But handle it how you want brother! All support here.

Tbf, hyper bloom is just one of the ways to play the game, might be dumb or not, but there's other ways to play genshin than just shove dendro cores up a boss's ass... That being said, doesn't mean WuWa will fail, it's a great game on its own regardless of Genshin, and it'll probably surf on the genshin hate anyway so even if it was bad, it would probably be a huge success at launch, the only problem would be if it'll mantain that success after 1.0.

Like mentioned in the video i really think WW shot itself when taking to much from Genshin ....in my opinion the games are kind of similar and compete for the same market for that the first come usually wins because of investments ....most players wont have the time or mental to play both games so they will stay whit one ...
The only thing WW dose better according to ppl is the combat and i really don't think that is something that will be for the casual players ....more so for content creators mby ....and even there in my personal opinion WW combat is not better than Genshin's but different ...and i do prefer the Genshin version a lot of factors go into it but a few little things are reactions and WW combat feels similar to all characters tbh ....and there is no hit control ..as in i press 1 button but the character dose a full 10hit combo....
Overall WW looks good not gonna lie but i think they killed themselves relying to much on Genshin as a basis.

I'm just informing people that both games are different not slightly different. They might be from the same genre but the way they play out aren't the same at all.
Games have thrived from taking popular elements from other games, adding an enough twist to make it unique.
For example, Breath of the wild -(stamina circle meter, glider, climbing system)+genshin impact

Yea, I really want to stick with calcharo for a long while. We are just going to have to just wait and see in the long run how bad the power creep will be.
The only time Genshin did a good story was furina Main scenario quest, it moved me, i hated furina in the begining and by the end of it, i wanted her on my team just to protect her from the world, other than that, genshin story was sh*t until fontain imo.

Could Genshin do things better? Yes. Will they? Maybe (based on some things that have been dreamed about). Does that make Genshin a bad game? No.
Will WuWa be better than Genshin? Maybe, maybe not, it does't matter as long as a person playing has fun. Will there be things that WuWa can do better? Most likely yes.

What I'm getting at is that the vocal part of either game's community right now has nothing better to do than try to downtalk the other side. WuWa's die is just as guilty of this as Genshin's.
Unfortunately with this video you are not that far off from it either. Picking the least interactive team of Genshin as a representation of the entire game is disingenious, just because it is a thing that you can use to beat the game doesn't mean you can't do more interesting things. Even if WuWa has an overall more active combat system there is no doubt that there will be teams that are more or less difficult to controll.

the issue with genshin is devs that disrespect their players at every turn and treat them like babies. they are also scared of ww as shown by the fact they are adding more endgame after having already said they wouldnt because of ww gaining alot of hype to the point its making genshin devs nervous

Is it about generousity or stuff like anniversary rewards? Personally I have never had an issue with the amount given out but I do acknowledge that people can have other opinions and objectively (compared to other games) there is less given.
Is it about what content gets put in the game based on player opinions? Every developer has their own creative vision on what they want their game to look like. For big companies like Hoyo management decisions also come into play (and they tend to sour things unfortunately) Outside of that however, it is hard to say what the majority opinion for the player base even is because just because there are people screaming about something online it does not mean they necessarily reflect the majority. As far as I know Hoyo has never released any official results for the game surverys they regularly run.
Beyond that I'm not actually sure what "disrespect" could even refer to but feel free to explain.
And lastly, them changing their opinion on what is right for the game is nothing to hold against them. And if it lines up with player expectations all the better. Perhaps it is disappointing that it took outside influence to get there but ultimately it is a good thing all the same.
@@LittleTilde genshin devs have objectively disrespected the players at every turn by refusing to add anything players ask for such as endgame, some qol improvements, character buffs, actually good anniversary rewards etc. instead genshin devs do things not a single person has ever asked for such as making the game ridiculously easy and adding tcg. compare that to hsr devs that give 10 free pulls every single patch,plus qol improvents that people actually asked for, plus more endgame modes, plus free 5 star, plus permanent events so no fear of missing out etc. its a stark contrast to how genshin devs treat their players. i mean the genshin devs literally said they will not add endgame as it causes "anxiety" but now ww making them shake in their boots and so they are adding endgame proving they dont care about what players want they only care about losing the people who give them money.

About the TCG: I too think it is a bit of a strange addition to the game and I have not played any of it past the initial version. It does however look like there is a sufficient player base engaging with it, based on the fact that more content keeps getting added to it frequently. No studio invests development resources into something that they don't expect to get some return from.
About "permanent" events in HSR: While they do indeed stay around and so do their story lines (something that would certainly be appreciated for Genshin too), they majority of their rewards are gone after the event period all the same. The lack of fomo in HSR events is cosmetic at best.
@@LittleTilde there is a difference between not liking a game and not liking devs who disrespect their players and ONLY do anything people ask for if and when it costs them money if they dont genshin devs are so out of touch with what players want meanwhile star rail devs know exactly what players want sometimes without us even having to ask for it aka 10 pulls every single patch or more endgame modes or permament events all 3 of those no one easked for but star rail devs knew its something that atleast some people want even if its the minority because they care about ALL players genshin only cares about who gives them the most money. dont get me wrong genshin is not inherently a bad game its just managed by bad, money hungry devs. also i wouldnt say that content being added to tcg means people are actually using it cause as stated genshin devs are out of touch with their community and do what the devs want not what the players want. if they did what players want they would do things as simple as increasing resin cap(like star rail did) or making a reserves for resin so you dont worry about being overcapped on resin(again like star rail devs did). also star rail do have some rewards go away yes but saying majority is a stretch of course i suppose it also depends on the event in question.
