    I’m 26 years old. I’ve been working so hard for the past 2 weeks. I get at least 4 inspections every day out of 20n doors I knock. I can’t tell you how grateful i am for you. You’re the reason why i know so much now. God is so good to me, in the sense that he blesses me through your existence by showing me that he shines bright through people like you in. Honestly, thank you.

    Been knocking doors for solar and TV for years, decided to give this a shot when I heard it in a previous video: GOLD. Knocked 4 doors, got 3 to inspection, contingency agreements signed, met with 1 of their insurance adjusters already and got it bought!

      Hey Corbin, I just started my first week of training for roof sales. I did a bit of sales years ago but not in this way. I’ll definitely give this tip a shot, but I’m still confused how to get the homeowner to sign a roof that day.. please any roofers help me! I’ve only ever worked commission jobs so I know how hard we all work, but I always get to the after pictures and freeze. What are the next steps in the process until payout

    • @corbinbenjamin7779
      @corbinbenjamin7779 Pƙed 2 lety +4

      @@LJ200k Getting them to sign the contingency agreement that day is simple brotha! Once you start the conversation at their door, move onto the inspection, then come down and show the photos and give them the next steps (helping file their claim, adjuster meeting, etc), I just put the contingency agreement to them as a win win for both of us. If I get their roof bought I get the work, which means a roof at the cost of their deductible. I think there’s different ways to approach it for everyone’s personality, but I use an integrity approach I’d say. I get them to see that by me putting in the time and effort to advocate for them, my reward is getting their roof job basically. I’ve found that it holds people at their word in a way, and I think it comes across straightforward and not “salesy”. I got a ton of that from Adam though man! Keep watching the videos, you’ll kill it

    I started roofing sales in Denver in 2015. I had ZERO sales experience and I am not a real social dude. I discovered that I wasn’t a “sales person,” I was like a fireman or a civil servant. I was providing a free service of a roof inspection to the homeowner for their information. When you work a hail storm eventually you are going to work the edge of the damage and tell people they don’t have any damage. People appreciate the honesty and you can eat business that way because you aren’t trying to get money from a good roof. Just being comfortable in your job as a human being and knowing you are doing something Good for the community is not only true but it is going to make your pitch better and more confident.

      The first part of how we ask is 100% identical. We just substitute the HOW the inspection will be conducted :)

      If you can legally do so, record your pitch and listen back. Or better yet - share it with a competent sales person to give you feedback. It is likely something to do with your delivery: Body language, tonality, or word choice. I couldn't tell ya without auditing it. But it may be blatantly obvious to you once you listen back :)

    How many videos can be made with the same information? Yes they will have an objection, "Are you insured, I dont want you falling off my roof". "I don't want anyone on my roof"
    What you need to be prepared for is the follow up.

    What would be a good line if you don’t climb roofs ?

    • @TheRoofStrategist
      @TheRoofStrategist  Pƙed 3 lety +2

      Happy to help. First -- can I clarify the question? If you are setting the appointment for someone else to climb the roof you can adapt this question and say, "Do you have any objection a free photo and video inspection of your roof and we'll show you what we find?" And when they say ,"No, that's fine" (that means YES!). Then respond with, "Great! Would you prefer X day or X day?" and you can proceed to setting the appointment.
      Does that answer your question?

    • @manwiththeplan7143
      @manwiththeplan7143 Pƙed 3 lety +1

      @@TheRoofStrategist that’s a great response. I honestly know sales guys that don’t climb or inspect the roof, they just file the claim. so i was curious if you had an opener for that. They will either file claim with no inspection or use a drone(that should be pretty easy tho), i know a sales guy who hasn’t climbed a roof in a year lol

    What battle pack? oh that's right unless you own the business you can't get those items. Too bad for new people who thought this guy was serious about helping people. don't get me wrong the limited info is good here but you (Adam) should take these all down since they are filled with lies. sadly, this video popped up in the auto play because the algorithm hasn't learned that I stopped listening to Adam. I stopped believing in him because in actuality he isn't here to help anyone at all. He is in the business to make money off the backs of people who actually want help and for those who actually want to help others. too bad, i feel stupid for ever thinking this guy was actually wanting to help people like me, just starting out. he only wants the big fish while pissing on the little guys. typical corporate goon.
