      @@Kelm_Kisaragi I don't think he really needs a bonus like that even if there was a speed stealing formula, his speed is on par with Rutger's in fact he's typically even faster than him, there aren't gonna be a whole lot of enemies that have more speed than Chad. Giving Chad more speed would be like giving Lyn more speed, it's like what's the point the character already has plenty of that.

      Add the fact Zephiel is in a throne, and im sure his map has over 40 units, you're looking at massive +70 avoid +40% Crit and +40% hit on the guy, making Zephiel a fuking dodgetank with more crit than RUTGER

      i do like the idea of a boss getting stronger the more enemies you kill though. it's common practice to wipe out everyone else and then take potshots at the boss on the throne, but having something like this would actually make trying to rush in and kill the boss early an actual option to consider outside of LTC runs.

      Maybe it shouldn't affect legendary weapons or the Binding Blade though, for story reasons. I get wanting to make him less of a push-over, but him being immune to the legendary weapons heavily contradicts the previously established lore. Having him resist other weapons like wyrmslayers would be fine though.

    Echidna- Village Hero: when adjacent to an ally of lower level, -2 damage taken and +1 damage dealt. She's gotta protect her people and this will help give people motivation of using her for late game. This also helps her low durability a bit.

    That Zephiel skills sounds freaking terrifying. It could also turn into a really interesting question: You can get some extra EXP on his map, but if you do you've gotta kill him after. You gonna blitz him to kill the boss as easily as possible? Or are you gonna deal with an extra 50% because you cleaned things out.

    really glad you4'e continuing with this! gonna make some for my favourite characters again.
    *Klein: Supportive General*
    "Grants hit+20 to allies within two spaces. if those allies have less than 50% HP, grants +2 damage dealt per ally under 50% HP to unit (max +6)"
    Since Klein says himself that he doesn't have the battle experience of his parents and would support his allies, i though giving him a buffing skill was fitting. he grants Hit because Snipers are known for their accuracy, and Klein still desires to protect his friends from harm, i decided a +20 hit bonus to allies and conditional +2 damage per wounded ally for Klein was fitting. A supportive oriented skill is also fitting for a filler unit like Klein allowing him to still pitch in even if he starts to fall behind on the combat side of things, and playing around with keeping some of your units wounded to let him deal a ton more damage to fliers when he barley missies the kill could be interesting,
    *Lugh: Anima Child*
    "If unit has multiple tomes of the same type in their inventory, doubles their mt and weapon usage."
    Since Lugh is very motivated yet inexperienced child, i though he should get a buff from having multiples tomes his inventory, much like Ophelia. instead of just having X number of tome though, i thought him having multiple copies of the same tome, as though he's really focusing on learning the particular magic of that tome was a more interesting condition. doubling Mt sounds pretty crazy, but tomes generally have low mt & it's not like you get two forblazes or anything. this effect also has the downside of Lugh shredding through tomes a lot quicker, meaning you have to think twice about constantly keeping this personal active, sort of like Dimtri's crest effect but you can actually control it.
    *Lot: Survivor Instinct* / *Wade: Fighter Instinct*
    "If units's HP is under 50%, grants -5 damage taken but -2 damage dealt/If unit's HP is under 50%, grants +5 damage dealt but +2 damage taken"
    I only really like Lot but though it'd be cool to have white fighter bros have parallel skills. Lot is very focused on surviving each battle, so that his may return home to his little sister and fiancè. When things get dire, imagine Lot would take a very defensive stance, to the point of sacrificing some power if it means he won't die tot he next attack. Wade is th pet opposite, being emboldened by danger and instead throwing caution to the wind as he trie stop kill his foe before he falls.

      These skils are really cool, but WAY too overpowered. +20% hit to allies within 2 spaces is already insane, you don't really need the added effect. Hell, even +10% hit to allies within 2 spaces would be good for a personal skill, considering Binding Blade's shaky hit rates.

      @@Mangs1337 yeah in retrospect these are a little much, it's surprisingly hard to find a balance of making personal skills interesting and reference the character in question without making them broken.
      I wanted to give Klein a bit of a hybrid support/buff skill but i think making it +10 hit within two spaces or +20 to adjacent allies would be more fair. granted by the time you get Klein hit rates have improved quite a bit since the early game but any extra hit is still really powerful. i still like the idea of having Klein become stronger when his allies are in danger (sort of like Silas' personal) but it might be a little too convoluted to have 3 allies under half halter to get the full +6. from a balance perspective i went with damage over Spd because Spd is actually what Klein really wants as he's often just out of doubling range,whereas extra damage while helpful doesn't make him drastically better since he'll be mainly shooting down fliers which he already does overkill damage to.
      Looking at FE6 tomes Lugh would get +5 from fire, +6 from thunder and +8 from Elfire/Airclibur. Granted they only have 30, 25 & 20 uses respectively so they won't last long at double weapon uses but lwoering it to 1.5 times extra mt (rounded up) fire & thunder give +3, while Elifre & Airculibur give +4 which is a much fairer trade off for the extra weapon uses.
      I will say though that i think the fighters' personal skills are pretty good as is. Lot gains a ton of tankiness but only if he's under half health which means he won't have that much HP to work with (at most 30 since his HP caps at 60) and will still get whittled down fairly quickly without doing much damage in return. Meanwhile Wade is gonna die to a lot of things when his personal is active and combined with shaky hits rates/hand axes being not too great he's gonna have to risk missing and dying on retaliation if he wants to make use of that extra damage.
      again i'm really glad you're continuing with this little series, personal skills are such an underrated addition to modern FE that i'd really love to see retroactively added to older entries when they get remade, it's a great way to give some free characterisation and uniqueness to side characters that don't get much screen time outside of supports.

    Hold up a second. Isolation Skill from Zephiel is really Insane and maybe borderline Broken.
    In chapter 22 there are 45 Human enemied in turn 1. That means, Zephiel will have +45 hit/crit/avoid if you kill every enemy. If we count reinforcements there will be 21 more humans, thar is without counting the 2 units that spawns inside Zephiel room from turn 1 to 45 (every 3 turns, total of 30)
    Then if we do the math we have
    45 + 21 + 30= 96
    That means thar if you kill every posible enemy human in this chapter before killing Zephiel he will have +96 Hit/Crit/avoid. And that is really scary

      honestly it would be cool if the binding blade (or even legendary weapons too) negated Zpeniek's personal, kinda like how the lord's weapon usually negates part of the damage reduction like the braggi sword against Rayfruk in FE5 or the Yato against dragonskin users in Fates. That way you can show just how formidable Zephiel is that only divine weapons stand a chance at defeating him while still making him mortal.

    Debias - Run Away: When HP drops below half, he can move again after fighting.
    I did this one mostly for project ember lol, debias is usually a coward, so when he smells trouble, he's the first one in steping down, so he gaining a canto that activates after a combat when he's severely injured is fair, also, he's an armor knight so he's usually slow

    For me Roy should have had a thing like "unity" (considering the fact he wants dragons and men united): the characters in a 4 tile radious will build support twice as fast (because FE6)

    This is becouse he was called "monster" and being thrown with rocks at him, but he didn't wanted to hurt people, but if he wanted to attack he would have been a really "monster", so idk, I just thought something like this would suit him...

    Cecilia is a great unit Mangs. A pre-promoted unit with 8 move that can use stages and chip with anima magic, 3 very useful things in a unit. If you look past her bad bases you have a great utility unit

    I think a more fitting skill for Lilina would be something like charm or charisma, you know the "units around them gain 10 extra hit/evade" because of afew of the characters she talks over to get them to join.

    Lugh: best friend: when a kid unit it's close to him (Raigh, Chad, Cath, Fae) both gains +2 attack and Avoid
    Chad: orphan protect: if is close to Lugh or Raigh, he gain +5 avoid, hit and CRIT
    Raigh: Dark Knowledge: if it's close to a dark mage (Sophia, Niime,) he gains + 10 hit and magic, the effect Vanish close to Lugh
    Cath: rouge thive: she doesn't need lockpicks to open chest or door's

    I have an idea for Roy's personal. In his supports (like with Wolt) he mentions how he's super scared of loosing his friends in combat. What if he he had a skill that gave him something like Str/Spd +2-4 one one of his allies were below 75% HP, along with the supports bonus? However I would lower the support bonus to 25-30% (still having it active at all times).
    This could help his gameplay utility and combat potential just a bit so I can actually actively use him in my army.

    Accelerate Special trigger (cooldown count-1). At the start of turn 1, grants Special cooldown count-1 to unit. At start of combat, if unit's HP ≥ 25%, grants Atk/Res+6 during combat and disables unit's and foe's skills that change attack priority?

    Dark Dragon: Unit takes half damage from all weapons excluding the binding blade(and maybe on a higher difficulty it could remove the binding blade's effective damage)

    Echidna: Maiden of the Isles (When she's near Geese, Gonz, and/or Larum, she gets +1 damage and speed, plus her support bonuses)
    Lugh: Familial strength (When he's near Raigh and/or Chad he gets +1 damage, speed plus his support bonuses. And yes, it's the same thing as Echidna, sue me)
    Percival: For King and country (When at full health, +3 damage. When injured +3 defense)
    Ellen: Motherly Saint (Heals 5 extra health for every staff rank she has)
    Raigh: Yin and Yang (The only shaman/druid who can use Anima magic, +1 speed for every kill stacking 5 times. He inherits Nino's gift for Anima, and Jaffer's gift for killing)

    I cant believe I missed this when it was uploaded, I am so late to see this video. I was really looking forward to this video, thank you Mangs. Personally, I was thinking exactly the same skill name for Roy. 'Young Lion' is indeed a good name, and some of the ending titles for characters are similarly good choices for personal skill names. The personal skill also helps in a sense since he promotes extremely late, I would like to see this added to a hack.

    This video is nice! It would be cool in other FE games like NM or the Sacred Stones.
    For NM/SD there are ones that I could see like :
    Lena (Life to serve),
    Marth (+1 movement if is next to an ally) (Marth needs to move along all map, this could make it less tedious)
    Elice: Reduces 20% damage to allies within 2 spaces.
    Marisha: (Husband searcher) Grants +2 damage and -2 damage near a male unit. Heals a bit more to male units.
    Yubello (Improve with fear: +20% growth to all stats except str. and -10%crit/+10% avoid ) This could help Yubello because he hasn´t a prefered weapon and starts with 1 base magic.
    Yumina (Risky improve: +20% grow to all stats except str., +15% crit/-15% avoid in combat) Without rescue as a prefered staff, this could help yuliya to be more useful in comparaison to Marisha, who has Hammerene. This combined help the develop of both children personalities
    Minerva (Dragoon powe) +20 crit against the foe´s and +10 avoid against cavalry units)
    Caeda: If she´s near a male ally, +10% avoid and deals 3 more damage (with marth doubles the effect)
    Maria: (Pure soul) Improves faster her weapon ranks and grants +30% crit near Michalis or Minerva.
    Navarre: (Sword king) If he battles against a sword +3 damage & Speed
    Sirius (Grustian pride) grants +1 damage -1 received per ally from Grust (Yumina, Yubello, Belf, Reiden, Roberto, Roger, Jake, Lorenz, Marisha)
    Linde: (Tome Saver) 20% chance of not waste and use of her tomes
    Merric: (Wind affinity) +10% damage/Crit if he uses wind magic.
    Midia: (Loyal paladin) If she fights against a paladin -3 damage received and inflicts +3 damage on any attack.
    Gordin (heavy arrow): If he doubles an enemy grants +3 damage on the first attack.
    Xane (Illusion): after changing his aspect, inflicts +3 damage in hiis next action
    Jeorge: (Close counter)
    Astram: +10 crit/avoid if any member of the royalty is in 3 spaces radio (Marth, Minerva, Caeda, Maria, Elice, Yubello, Yumina, Nyna, Sheena)
    Sheena (Gra's honor): If unit gets doubled, reduces damage from the second attack in a 25%

    Ogier: Fortified Sword
    Gains +3 hit for every Armor knight within 3 spaces. Also can triangle attack alongside Gwendolyn and Barth.
    Reason: In Ogier's support conversations with Barth and Gwendolyn, he is shown to have a competitive nature, wanting to be better than Sir Barth and wanting to keep up with Gwendolyn and her training. so giving him a higher hit rate while those two are nearby would be akin to him showing off a bit. and since he joined the Ostian armor knights to kind of fill out their ranks and cover their glaring weakness to axes, maybe giving him the ability to triangle attack would be a cool way to show that he has trained alongside them and can fight tactically with them.

    Noire: Point Blank Range- Archers can attack up close with accuracy increased to 15 percent.
    Gerome: Minerva's Protection- Anyone paired up with Gerome gets 5+ in Def and Res, this decreases each turn.
    Laurent: Magic Barrier-Counter that works on ranged attacks.
    Henry: Murder of Crows- Grants 10+ Avoid and increases Dark Magic by 15 percent.

    Noah: Conscious Cavalier. To mirror Treck’s skill, status staves last for 1 more turn then usual, but he’s got himself a 20% chance to awake from any status granted to him. While slightly more detrimental to his performance than Treck’s skill, I feel it fits. If he got stuck in a situation where he couldn't be of use to any of his friends, he’d try his darndest to escape that state
