  • I traveled from Nong Khai to Bangkok by train in third class and it was surprisingly organized and nice. Well, Thailand in general is well organized, so I should have not been surprised. However it was really nice.

Nice to see Norwegians were 🤩 I was in Norway in November and some of my good Estonian friends live there. What was your favorite place in Thailand and when are you returning?

Seems like a real bargain for eight euros. Lovely scenery for the whole trip, acceptable standard and cheap ticket. What more could you ask for?

Yes, it was. The third class was otherwise really nice, maybe little bit limited legroom, but the trip was really nice. I was trying to find an alternative to pretty expensive flights from Laos to Cambodia and overlanding saved me over 100 EUR for sure.
