  • Another in an utterly fascinating series of travelogues, in which I drive about a bit in Cornwall with a Contour ROAM 2 camera stuck to the windscreen of my (ex) Mk1 Mazda MX5 - with no sped up footage - or invasively overdubbed (and ultimately blocked by CZcams for copyright infringement) music.
This is the adrenaline pumping sequel to Driving the Dream Pt IV: From Camborne Tesco to Redruth New Cut car park ( • Driving the Dream Pt I... )
Interestingly, this was recorded in June 2015 and as it's being uploaded (Feb 2016), it is already a historical document, as the Dolcoath Road turning towards Brea that used to come off the roundabout next to Tescos has already been blocked up and the new link road from Tescos to Heartlands has been opened - a journey which will be thrillingly documented at a later date.
This video takes in the North Street area of Redruth and a brief trip down the A30 back to Tuckingmill - and then through Pengegon.
Please don't worry - there will be more videos of a similar theme soon - as I attach the trusty Contour ROAM 2 to the windscreen of our latest chariot - a 2005 Vauxhall Astra 1.8 Convertible Exclusiv!
I know - "wow" doesn't even come close.
