I haven't understood anything, but I'm not sure it's because I'm not an English native speaker (they seemed to be talking in English, which I normally understand) or just because it wasn't expected to be understood.
In any case, I think I know what's wrong with that couple. It wasn't easy-peasy, but here are my 4 options:
-They are fed up of being isolated.
-They cannot communicate with each other because of the mask, and that brought tension.
-They are not even married: that girl married Andy last week.
-All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.
