This video saved me a lot of heartache...loose tap has been annoying me for too long. Was just about to fork out a small fortune for a plumber...thanks to your video, I fixed it myself. Thanks Bill.
Thanks for the straightforward and simple instructions. My wife found your video and even though I'm no handyman I fixed the tap no trouble. I'm happy I was so clever and the wife is happy with no plumbing bill.
Rang a plumbing company who gave a rough quote over the phone $180 for the kitchen and bathroom faucet. I thought I'd look on CZcams first and found this. Cost me $0 thanks to you
Thanks! I was wondering how to fix this tap which looked just like yours but I couldn't find the washer. But you showed us how it works and so I was able to get what I needed! Thanks for the video!
Thank you! My tap didn’t have a screwdriver slot, and I didn’t have a tube wrench, but a normal socket was enough to tighten it while I buy something deeper.
Thanks so much Bill! I tried to tighten the nut on mine with no joy so called a plumber. He wanted to charge $120 to tighten a bloody nut! I told him to get stuffed lol. Decided to see if you had a video showing what tool I need and sure enough you’ve come to the rescue again. I’ve now ordered some tube spanners and will fix it myself. You don’t happen to know how to get a really old egg stain out of carpet do you? An egg got dropped and went unnoticed for a bit. Get chickens they said. It’ll be fun they said 😂😂😂
Thank you so, so much! You saved me tons of money! It’s also so difficult to get a plumber to actually show up where I’m from so this is a lifesaver 🙏 It worked and my kitchen tap isn’t wobbling anymore 🙏🥳 Thank you so much!
Thank you! I am a total ditz with tools and could never have worked it out by myself. Your video did the trick of showing me where to go and what to do.
Thanks Bill! You are the best DIY channel 🎉❤🔥 got the tube spanner set from Bunnings for $12.50 and fixed within 5 mins. Plumber would of come out for under 200 bucks to tighten a nut 😂
Thanks dude, usually I'd get my landlord out to sort it but looking how easy it is (plus the pandemic situation) I'm just gonna order myself a cheap set of tube spanners thanks! \o>
Update: Did it :) got a set of tube spanners from Amazon for less than £5. Was real tight under sink so used a socket wrench with them and vwolla! All fixed :) \o>
thank you bro. What I was struggling with was I couldn't figure out what tool should I use to tighten it because there is so little space to work in. Thanks again
I finally got round to searching joe to fix loose tap and a £10 spanner set and 5 seconds of turning a nut and problem solved and the toolbox GROWS STRONGER!
This is the second video I've stumbled across from this guy in as many weeks. A lot of my house is breaking, but you're keeping me right.
Glad you’re enjoying the videos👍
Mp
10/10 video, so clear that a girl like me that does not do handy work was able to fix her sink. literal lifesaver
