The trouble with this grill for me is when we grill, it's usually when the whole family is over. We have about 6 burgers and a package of hot dogs going. Also I think it would be interesting to use a drone to see what kind of glare you get from the grill higher up.

I have one of these at home ran a few experiments myself personally the biggest mistake I see that you're doing it's the type of pan you're using should get something similar to Circulon which is all black and extremely non-stick
