      You're going to enjoy it! Awesome scale machine that should IMHO be driven scale with mild bashing, plenty of jumping and doughnuts galore! It performs best in sand/dirt. Due to the solid rear axle on grass especially wet grass it might tumble and flip a bit... I love it😁 Make sure to open ALL the Diffs and transmission to clean out and fill the cups with appropriate oil and grease all the gears and axles. I do this 3 times a year👍

I feel the same way and wondered if the UDR fans worked from factory.i don't have one so seeing this video caused me to buy the fan assembly so I can do something similar for the Mojave EXB roller I'm going to purchase soon. To purchase the back shroud from the site is kind of pricey so I may just buy 2 tornado fans and leave the back open for the meantime. Thanks for the idea, I 👍🏼, liked plus subscribed.

    reservoir-front cooler-electronics-rear cooler-reservoir again. i initially wanted to make it to go to the ESC from the front one, then to the rear one and from there to the motor, but that would be less effective.

    Isn't the ESC fan blowing outwards/up from the ESC? Like it's pushing the heat away. Shouldn't those fans be pulling the hot air away from the ESC and blowing it out the back?

    • @AMPROEngineering
      @AMPROEngineering  Před 2 lety +1

      The fans are blowing into the ESC since the ESC fan is blowing into the ESC. On the real car, yes, that is how they work but the Traxxas already has a fan so these simply help. If the pulled heat out, they would counteract the factory esc fan.

      That's a great question. The reason I didn't i was that i was not sure what else I would run off of the receiver . I know I will have at least two sets of lights, maybe more, so then I didn't want to pull too much current from it. Perhaps it wouldn't have mattered? This was at least a safe spot to get access to power.

      AMPRO Engineering I have one rc with 30 led lights in it so I know that doesn’t matter

      @@nomusicrc led's take very little power of amperage to run them. Not the same as fans, which takes a bit more than led's.

      TheAmericanUhate I know this you can still put a bunch of led’s on one channel and a fan on another that’s what I do each fan has its own channel

      Really sorry man, I just do not have the bandwidth to make that affordable. My hourly rate is usually $250 so there is no way I can do that with any semblance of sanity.

    would have been better to extend that nozzle down to the motor as it will do FAR more than the ESC...

    Put liquid cooling in it. Lol

    A larger scoop at the end near ESC would work better if the fans were drawing the air up and the fans sucked. seeing as heat rises.
