Thank you for a great informational video. I did my first service today using your video. It was as easy as you made it look.
Thank you for all that information. I have a cforce 600. And it's time for me to change the oil filter for the first time. So watching this video was very helpful thank you
Your very welcome 🙏 check out our website we sell uni filters www.rngperformance.net
Great video, thanks
Rotella T6 is JASO MA/MA2 certified, meaning you can use it for wet clutches. The MA2 rating means it's compatible with catalytic converters.
I'm loving the Maxima 10w40 on my 2022 cforce 600! Nice review and change.👍
Thank you 🙏 it’s definitely not bad oil for sure.
Good info on servicing, on that high idle issue there is a reset procedure for the idle stepper motor. It did not fix mine but you could give it a try. Start the engine cold without touching the throttle at all through the learn time, let the engine idle until the coolant fan cycles then turn the key off and restart. Give it a shot if you haven't already, my dealer had me try this on mine.
Thank you I will definitely be looking in to this. I think I know what it is.
Free tip, place an oil pan under oil filter to reduce the mess.
I have a 2020 CFMOTO CFORCE 600 Touring. Do you by any chance know what the offset is on the stock rims?
Nice job old mate, Love the new CFMoto shirt , almost looks professional.. i like how you got all the camera angles for the diffs and sump drain, would it be worth looking into getting some scrap steel and welding up a ramp system to elevate these bad boys to make it easier to work on ?
Look forward to your next vid
Thank you buddy. I have ramps here I just too lazy to use them 😂 but I need too. Thank you 🙏
just put 2 planks over something like that that the planks are one third over that sth. then go up gently and when hind side of planks go up as well put sth under and there you go, quite simple actually
Does the valves clearance need done next service??
do you change transmission and axle fluid after break in??? manual says just check for leaks and level
Yes we change it. We like to get the metal out.
Just got myself a 2022 600 I only have 15 hours on it with about 20 miles Maybe. What's the pump you got to hook to tdril to fill? Pretty slick trick there
Yes sir. Works great. czcams.com/video/LYr2r7mhPRI/video.html
Nice video. I was wondering what the black cover with 2 bolts on the rear diff is for. Just bought a 2023 2 days ago and not sure what it is?
It’s for a locker in a different country
es para conectar accesorios para trabajo rural
Does the cforce 500 2023 have all the same things as the 600 2022 and what oil should I do on differential I’m a new owner to a force and want to learn a lot about them
Hello there. They are slightly different but nothing major. We carry oils that we recommend and use here. rngperformance.net/shop/ols/categories/fluids-and-oil-change-kits
Pretty much identical to what i already did on my 2012 model then, alright :D
Although, i once overtightened the diff drain-bolt. Cost me 20 eur to let the local mechanic drill a bigger hole and make a new bolt for it, so i got lucky with that.
At the dealership they also grease everything at the first service, how often do you do that?
Unfortunately these don’t have grease fittings I will be going over that in a video tomorrow
There's 6 grease fittings on rear on my 21 600.
@@my95chevy mine only has a few. I show them in tomorrow video
Just wondering will a kn-152 oil filter fit my 2022 cfmoto 600 1up?
Yes
Enjoying all your videos and reviews. I'm thinking of getting a 2023 uforce 600 side by side and manual says at 20 hours or 200 hundred miles to do full service including valve adjustment. I'm sure they will charge a bundle to do all that and wanted to ask if the valves really need to be adjusted at that point or not? Can an owner do all this first service or will the dealer scare you into voiding your warranty?
Do the services yourself, I'm doing it right now on a 2024 CForce 600 2up Touring .
Only 120km on it.
Just keep it documented with receipts.
Hey buddy, looking to buy a new 2023 600. Do you have to check the valve lash at all? Are these units worth it? Thank you!!
Not for a few 1000 miles. Awesome units.
How many miles or hours did you do your service at? Mines at 20.6 hours should I change oil?
150 miles first service. Not sure on hours. I would. Oil and diffs.
I have been reading people using Shell Rotel 15w-40 diesel oil. What's the deal with that
It works good and cheap. It’s good oil for any engine. It works.
Does this atv require a first service valve adjustment? If not, when? Thank you
I would do it at 1000 miles.
@@R.N.GPerformance Thanks for the quick reply. Just fiund your channel a cpl says ago. Looking at buying a CF Moto 600 Touring this week. Really appreciate all your honest input. Not yet quite sold, but appears to be a very good machine for what you get.
My negs are 1 ply tires, sgl cyl, and some of the maintenance req'd but honestly haven't researched other brands completely. Do they also require valve adj? I've owned "tons" of motorcycles in my life but never had an engine require valve adjustment "right away". Sorry for my lengthy reply. I don't do any social media. TY
The 800 has separate trans fluid as well doesn’t it ?
The 800 ATV yes and the new 800 side by sides do also.
honest question, is there any way to grease bushings effectively? is it necessary?
It is necessary. But gotta take it apart to do it.
@@R.N.GPerformance kinda what I heard from others who are using penetrating multipurpose lube and hoping for the best...
cfmoto really need to address this and start shipping from factory with more zerx fittings... until then - do you think it might be possible/feasible to tap threads and add zerx fittings as a mod to make it easier going forward so you only have to take it apart once...? (if so, could be a cool upgrade/video....)
Hey I was wondering if maybe you would know something on this but my cforce 600 single seater has been overheating. The radiator is clean and has plenty of coolant. The fan fuse was blown but I fixed that so now the fan is working but it is still overheating. Would you might know something to try? It didn’t start doing it until I blew the fan fuse but I fixed that and it’s still overheating
Mine was also doing this same thing I had to bleed the coolant.
@@R.N.GPerformance okay thanks I might try that!
@@shady4763 your welcome hopefully it works for you also.
Where did you purchase the light sticks?
My website www.rngperformance.net
Hello I’m trying to find the video on the making of the drill driven oil pump
Here you go czcams.com/video/LYr2r7mhPRI/video.html
@@R.N.GPerformance thank you Sir!
My dealer told me on first service that I need to bring it to him to check valve clearance. And do full service. I really don’t want to spend 250 dollars for that. What would you recommend I do? I want to do the work myself and save the money.
They just want your $$$$ man. Just change the fluids your self. If you aren’t having any starting issues or running issues I wouldn’t worry about the valves.
@@R.N.GPerformance The atv is running fine. Starts right up every time no problems. Thanks for the advice. I will do the service my self. It’s got 141 miles in it should I service it now or wait till I get to 200 miles?
The improvements made to the 2023 cforce 600, are they that much better than 2022?
No
@@R.N.GPerformance 👍💥
The 23 is supposed to have 5 more hp. With 2 different drive modes. Work and Normal. Normal is all power. Had mine for a few months about to do the first service
How you check the hours on that machine
The button on the dash
I just did mine, there sure isn't much oil in there
No doubt
How to change the battery
It’s easy. It’s under the seat.
