I just installed a front differential on my 2021 800 XC that i ordered from MSC an I plugged it up before installing it and it I showed it was working and it did engage an I loaded my bike up and installed it and when I unloaded my bike of the truck I can hear the relay clicking but now my differential won’t engage now…this all happened within two days…can I get some solution on on what’s going on with my from front differential please

Rotella T6 5w40 is a Jaso ma2 and I'd safely wager a better performing oil. Also why not a 75w90 full synthetic gear oil instead of the non-syn 80w90? Also throw some dielectric grease in that spark plug boot, winch terminals, battery terminals etc.
Whats better for rear diff 75w90 or 80w90?
Totally off subject of this video. Will the uforce 1000 with the 35s fit under a 7’ garage door?

Lake it’s Mike Holmes from Averill Park again. I just watched your video on how to service your old 500. You did everything even change the spark plug. Again I’ll ask you to do a video on the 21 600 touring on how to change the spark plug. There’s a lot of plastic tabs and I really would hate to break one. So again if you could do a video on how to change the spark plug on a 600 touring I would appreciate it as well as a bunch of other people thanks again and like you always say remember to keep it real. cf moto oil filter or hiflo hf 152 what is the best
Try some blendzall gold label racing castor in your gas. I use one pint in 5 gallons of 93 octane. Cleans, lubes, stabilizes, smells like race fuel! 🏁

The outlet of the CVT goes underneath the engine on the key switch side and up behind the fender well
