Most of them are influencers / models also you will notice that they typically have no makeup or minimal makeup when they do the before and then put on makeup for the after and it really amps up the whole transformation

Probabaly because they toned it to be more cool toned and it appears slightly gray. These hair dressers got mad talent but I prefer to just tone my hair at home with purple shampoo, never comes out too gray
