I've got the Aluminum large PNW. I weight 170. 30 miles last ride. Both up and down. Only 3 bars down in middle setting (green light) the whole time. This bike is super impressive! Smooth. Quicker and more playful than my full hog even with a little longer chainstay.. Perfect mix of E and bike for me! Transition nailed it with this set up. Mullet is the shiz on this thing! If you get a chance, get on one and give it a spin. They are a kick! Super glad I got it.

I got a relay a few months ago and have been doing the same thing with it. I climb up to a jump trail I've been building, and pop the battery out to session and test the finished sections. I even filmed myself taking the battery in and out similar to this, although not as high quality haha. Just haven't published it yet. I've been wanting a bike like this for years, it's so sick!

Once you take the battery out of an e-bike specially a light one like this, it feels pretty much like a normal mountain bike. Great for shuttles and park if you just want one bike.

Where'd he stash his backpack? And the battery mid-ride?
I'm down with ebikes but I can't quite wrap my feeble mind around the low-cal versions.

We tried showing you can pop the battery out if you want to session a bigger jump line or feature. The smaller motor still has really good torque output and battery life. It also rides really well on the decents. I've been setting PR's on some trails. Thanks for checking out the video!

Are there extra batteries available? I don't see them on the site. Emphasizing battery swaps here.

You're onto something for sure. At this point, batteries are in short supply AFAIK

Yea those battery in-out scenes were pretty dumb actually.

We were trying to show you can remove the battery for bigger features if you wanted. Thanks for checking out the video!

Umm take the battery off and put it where, your backpack, the woods!? Seems gimmicky still going to carry that weight. Ride with or without it. Taking it out to hit a drop seems ridiculous.

Yep, most over rated bikes in the game. 😂

Hey dude! I took the battery out for hitting the jumps and some of the steeper slabs then put it back in back in for the way down. It's sweet having the option to ride with or without it. Thanks for watching the video - Matt

One scenario where this is super handy is if you're wanting to take your bike on a plane. At least here in NZ, you can't take batteries as large as ebike ones at all so if I go to Queenstown for a bike park mission, I can just leave the battery at home.

I've yet to take my battery out for jumping. I'll give it a go. Super impressed with how well it pops with the battery in! I love my PNW!
I went with a 500lb coil on the large aluminum mullet. I'm 170. Such a fun bike!!! Transition made a thang o' beauty with this bike! Love it!
