I was in Carlisle on the 17th and seeing Scots Guardsman 46115 and the Staycation express HST was a unexpected surprise seeing that as I never thought that I would see it . Definitely was a great day for me there.👍

Did you know that the Settle-Carlisle line used to have a maximum speed of 90mph in some places? I'm sure the line is faster than 60mph in some places...

@10:48 we have similar trains to these in Australia called the XPT

Underneath the skin it's almost identical, the XPT even had the same Paxman engines fitted.
