    I have never considered you or Jenny as some of those “Influencers “. I am careful about what I spend my pension on and research most things. I believe what you say that your comments are truthful and that you are NOT influenced by companies. Far too many You Tubebers are just in it for what they can get free or to massage their ego’s.
    You genuinely just want to show what you have tried and leave it up to your viewers make their own decisions. So thank you!

    Yes, I saw your Video, I do now understand the frustation. Off on out 1st trip his year Blackpool site Motor Home Camping Club.
    spent several days preparing the outside , wife does the interior , water tanks etc.
    I use the A frame from Grimsby area, it has the proportional brakeing system, really good.

    I’m a big fan of dry sparkle products. But only tend to use them on the go or at my storage yard when I need to tidy the motorhome up. They are pricey, but good quality so I don’t mind paying. But as you said, nearly a whole bottle to wash the motorhome, giving a few pence for some Fenwicks in a bucket, it’s a no brainier for me when I have a water supply to hand. Plus the amount of clothes you get through, that then need washing afterwards. But definitely great products on the campsite for a freshen up 👍🏻

      One unexpected bonus using all winter was a reduction of around £10 on our water bill!

    I always worry about grit staying on the cloth which then scratches the rest of the panels. Water and soak would shift that and not scratch. That's the principle of the foam (non touch) products.

    • @BobEarnshawMoHo
      @BobEarnshawMoHo  Před rokem +2

      I've noticed any problems with scratches. It creates a low friction surface.

    Question Bob, do you use the Motorhome cleaner on the back and the car cleaner on the cab? Just wondered if the Motorhome bottle does the entire vehicle

    • @BobEarnshawMoHo
      @BobEarnshawMoHo  Před rokem

      Yes the Motorhome cleaner does all of the Motorhome cab, roof, windows and 'caravan' part.

    Hi, I have a Carthago liner for 2. On my decals only have black streaks. Tried fenwicks , other cleaners etc. tried T cut on small patch. Not using solvents . Nothing takes the blackening off. Any ideas?. Thanks

      @@BobEarnshawMoHo hi, we have followed your videos and like the content and help. Thanks for the tip I will get some. Just spent 3 days cleaning roof and body. Tired now, over 70. Oh bye the way had fun getting my licence , took 4 months. Over 3.5 tons and pulling a small trailer abroad. In the end went by car to France for 6 weeks. Glad I didn’t take the journey, camp site not as organised as the uk standards.in future keeping to uk using my A frame. Thanks

    Great , informative video Bob. I was just wondering if you cleaned the MH whilst away and if so what ladder did you use for the top sections and roof? I have a small set of steps but they aren’t big enough to do the roof. Have you tried the collapseable type?

    • @BobEarnshawMoHo
      @BobEarnshawMoHo  Před rokem

      I have a foldable ladder with a wider base. I really need something better though.

    Hi Bob thanks for all the great content. We have managed to acquire some scratches along the side of our motorhome and we were wondering if you had any recommendations for how to remove these scratches. Possible topic for a follow on video!

    • @BobEarnshawMoHo
      @BobEarnshawMoHo  Před rokem

      Yes, good be a topic, but I'm no expert in those matters. My advice is it depends how deep the scratches are. If you run your finger over it and feel a channel in the scratch it will require some form of cutting compound, or slightly cutting polish. Otherwise try the DrySparkle black streak remover.

  • @LeisureBit

    It performs better than I expected especially when it’s very dirty - looks like it does a good job if you follow the instructions. I asked Rachel to pay particular attention on how to do it - maybe wishful thinking 😂
    Have a great weekend, all the best, David & Rachel 👍

    Thanks. I'm looking at such products now. We live in a terrace house which means we often don't park our motorhome out front. This means using a hose isn't possible. Did I miss how you clean the cloths?

      The dry sparkle Website recommends a warm wash with gentle detergent. We use Ecover I think it's called.

    this product is expensive for what it is, good old hose/bucket and sponge and good car/caravan cleaning products would do just as good if not better for half the price and £58.50 for the Mop is well over the price i would pay for that product.
    can i ask in your honest opining would you pay that for it if you never got it for free?

    • @BobEarnshawMoHo
      @BobEarnshawMoHo  Před rokem +1

      I think that's I question you need to answer for yourself. Do you trust this CZcamsr or do you think they are just saying it is good because they got for free? My answer is yes I trust myself, it's a well made premium product, but if you don't trust me or what i say, or think it's too expensive, then just move on. I would add, using DrySparkle has saved us £10 a month on our water bill, I can clean the motorhome safely in the drive, not in the road.

      Thank you, I did buy some DrySparkle and they sent me more for free! Small companies like DrySparkle don't have the massive advertising budgets of other companies, so I'm happy to support them. I wouldn't if I thought their products weren't any good.
